1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup heavy cream
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
dash fresh ground pepper
8 ounces Swiss cheese (chopped)
1 pound ham (chopped)
20 ounces cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
1/2 cup chicken bone broth (or stock (optional))
1/2 cup crushed pork rinds (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix mayonnaise, heavy cream and cream cheese until well combined.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, garlic powder, and pepper.
  • Add in the Swiss cheese , ham, chicken, and chicken broth.
  • Spread mixture out into a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Top with crushed pork rinds if desired.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until top begins to brown.

2 lbs. cooked chicken ((chopped roughly))
6 oz ham
2½ oz butter ((melted))
2 tablespoon milk
8 oz cream cheese ((room temperature))
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic minced
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded cheese of choice ((Swiss or provolone cheese work well))
2 tablespoon Chopped chives for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, stir together melted butter, milk, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, parmesan cheese, and half of the shredded cheese (1 cup) until smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped chicken and ham.
  • Transfer the casserole mixture into a 9x13 inch casserole dish and add the remaining shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted, and the casserole is bubbly and golden. Garnish with fresh chives and serve.

6 cups shredded cooked chicken ((from about 2 lb chicken))
6 oz ham (cut into bite size pieces)
4 oz butter (melted)
6 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp white wine ((optional))
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
5 oz swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350. Put the chicken in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer the pieces of ham on top.
  • In a large bowl with an electric mixer combine the melted butter, softened cream cheese, white wine (if using), mustard, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until a thick sauce forms. Spread this sauce over the chicken and ham in the baking dish.
  • Lay the slices of swiss cheese on top of the sauce. Bake for 30-40 minutes until hot.
  • I broiled it for 2 minutes at the end so the cheese would get more golden and bubbly. If you decided to do that do not leave it unattended. It's very easy to burn the cheese topping.

I wanted chicken cordon bleu one night but I didn't feel like doing everything that is involved in making it. So I got some inspiration from a few recipes and came up with this one. My husband and son both had thirds! This is comfort food at it's best!

4 medium chicken breasts, diced
salt and pepper, to taste
1 lb penne pasta, cooked
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup, concentrate
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can reduced-fat cream of celery soup, concentrate
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup white wine
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lb cooked ham, diced (I found it already diced near the hams at my grocery store)
6 slices swiss cheese or 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook the chicken in a large skillet over Medium/High heat until it is no longer pink. Remove from heat, drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, milk, white wine, garlic powder and seasoned salt. Whisk until well combined.
  • Stir chicken and ham into the soup mixture.
  • In the pan used to cook the chicken, heat the olive oil over Medium/High heat. Add the peppers and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Stir peppers into the chicken/ham/soup mixture until well combined.
  • Stir the cooked penne into the chicken/ham/soup/pepper mixer and mix gently until combined.
  • Spray a large glass baking dish with cooking spray and pour the mixture into the dish. Spread it out evenly.
  • Layer Swiss cheese on top of the chicken/soup mixture (or sprinkle cheese evenly over the top if using shredded).
  • In a small bowl, add Panko.
  • Pour melted butter over Panko and mix around until the crumbs are moist.
  • Sprinkle the crumbs over the cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken/soup mixture is hot.
  • Uncover and turn oven to broil. Broil until the crumbs begin to brown (about 5 minutes).

dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 egg, mixed with the milk
8 ounces swiss cheese, cubed
8 ounces ham, diced

1 cup milk

Steps:

  • Dip chicken in egg and milk mixture, then toss with bread crumbs, coating well.
  • Brown in a little oil until golden.
  • Place chicken in a baking dish, add cheese and ham.
  • Mix soup with 1 cup of milk and pour over all.

  • preheat oven to 350.
  • place one breast in large baggie and flatten to as thin as you can get it without it tearing,repeat with second breast.
  • place breast into lightly oiled baking dish
  • place ham then cheese over the breasts.
  • roll up like a jelly roll.
  • mix mayonnaise, mustard and garlic power and spread on top and sides of rolls sprinkle with black pepper.
  • sprinkle with cheese and place in oven.
  • bake 25 minutes then pour wine over the breasts, place back in oven.
  • let wine reduce 10 minutes then pour cream over breasts.
  • bake approx five minutes and serve.
