CHICKEN CLUB DILL PIZZA RING (A SPIN OFF OF PAMPERED CHEF RECIPE
This is a combination of the Pampered Chef Chicken Sandwich Ring and the Clubhouse Chicken Square recipes - two of my favorite recipes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small mixing bowl mix cream cheese, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper together. Set aside.
- Open crescent packages and arrange on a cookie sheet or baking stone in a circle.
- Have the points facing out, and wide centers making up the center of the ring.
- Spread the cream cheese spread over the top side of the crescents, leaving the last 1.5 inches of the crescent tips uncovered.
- In a medum mixing bowl mix the chicken, cheese, and can of drained and rinsed cannellini beans.
- Carefully spoon the mixture onto the wide center portion of the crescent ring evenly distributing it.
- Carefull roll the crescent tips over the chicken mixture, and wrap and pinch it to the inside/underside of the crescent center.
- Lightly baste the top of the crescent rolls with oil or butter.
- Place into oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or untill golden brown.
- While the ring is baking, thinly slice the lettuce, chop tomatoes, and peel and chop the cucumber and avocado.
- Once the ring is finished cooking, carefully place lettuce then tomato, cucumber and avocado into the center of the ring and serve!
- Some of my family likes to also top this with some sour cream or olives or jalapeno's. You can customize and expand this recipe easily for your tastes.

SAVORY SANDWICH RING
This is a great alternative to a submarine sandwich for a party or quick and easy family meal. Adapted from a popular cooking and recipe website's newsletter.

Steps:
- Place both loaves of dough seam side down on a greased 14-in. pizza pan, forming one large ring; pinch ends to seal. With a sharp knife, make eight 1/2-in.-deep slashes across the top of dough; lightly brush with oil.
- Spread garlic over oil; sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
- To assemble, cut bread in half horizontally. Brush salad dressing over cut sides. Layer the bottom half with ham, cheese, beef, lettuce, onion, green pepper and tomato; replace top. Serve immediately.
CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD PIZZA, PAMPERED CHEF
This is adapted from Pampered Chef and was served at my baby shower several years back. It's a nice lunch or dinner on a hot evening. If you want to serve this as an hor d'oeurve, cut the pieces into 2-inch squares... or skip the crust and make individual ones on pita chips!

Steps:
- Roll out and bake pizza crust according to package directions.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup parmesan cheese with the Caesar dressing, lemon pepper seasoning, and garlic. Mix well.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and half of the dressing mixture. Mix well. Fold in half of the diced chicken.
- Place lettuce, bell pepper, and olives into a bowl and add remaining dressing mixture. Toss to coat.
- Spread cream cheese mixture onto cooled pizza crust. Top with lettuce mixture, then arrange remaining chicken over the salad. Sprinkle on the remaining parmesan cheese and top with freshly ground pepper.
- Slice with a pizza cutter and serve immediately.

3-MEAT PIZZA RING

- 1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2.In a large skillet over medium heat cook sausage and garlic until no longer pink. Drain grease off. Stir in 1/2 cup pizza sauce, pepperoni, Canadian bacon and 1 cup pizza cheese.
- 3.Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Arrange triangles on a 14 inch ungreased pizza pan with points toward the outside and wide ends overlapping at the center, leaving a 4 inch opening in the center. Press overlapping dough to seal.
- 4.Spoon the mixture onto the wide ends of the triangles. Fold pointed ends of triangles over filling, tucking points under to form a a ring. The filling will be visible.
- 5.Baked for 12-15 minutes or until the crescents are golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve with remaining pizza sauce.

LEMON CHICKEN RING

- Preheat oven to 375.
- Chop parsley using a pizza cutter.
- Zest lemon to measure 1 teaspoon. (Cut lemon into thin slices; cut slices in half and set aside for garnishing).
- Combine chicken, bell pepper, 2 tablespoons of parsley, lemon zest, garlic, mayo, italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese; mix well.
- Unroll cresent dough and septerate into 16 triangles.
- Arrange triangles, slightly overlapping, in a circle on a large round baking stone with wide ends 4 inches from edge of stone.(Points will extend off the edge of stone).
- Spoon chicken mix evenly over dough in a continuous circle. Bring points of triangle up over filling and tuck under dough at center to form a ring. (Filling will show).
- Sprinkle remaining Parmesian cheese over ring.
- Bake 28-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Squeeze 1/2 of a fresh lemon over ring and garnish with lemon slices and remaining parsley.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Snip parsley. Chops onion. Add pasley and onion to mayonnaise mixture; mix well. In another bowl, flake chicken with fork. Chap bacon, then add to chicken, and 3/4 cup of the cheese and 1/3 cup of the mayonnaise misture; mis well. Unroll crescent dough; separate into 16 triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on baking sheet with wide ends of triangles overlapping in the center and points toward the outside. There should be a 5 inch diamerter opening in the center of brunch ring. Using a spoon or small scoop, scoop chicken mixture evenly onto widest end of each triangle. Bring points of triangles up over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center of rings. Filling will not be completely covered. Slice tomatoes using sharp knife, then cut slices in half. Place 1 tomato half over filling between openins of dough. Bake 20-25 minutes or until deep golden brown. Remove from oven; immediatley sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Using cutter, cut off top of bell pepper, discard top, membraines and seeds. Fill pepper with remaining mayonnaise misture; place in center of ring, Arrange lettuce around bell pepper, Cut into 8 servings.

- Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll crescent dough and separate into eight triangles; arrange in a single layer on a greased 12-in. pizza pan.
