Ingredients

1 c pesto
2 chicken breast ( split ) to make four
1 pkg 16 oz corned beef
4 slice swiss cheese
4 french bread rolls ( partially split )
1 can(s) 16 oz can sauerkraut ( devided by 4 )

Steps:

1. 1Heat oven to 350. Place split chicken breast on a non stick baking pan 15 to 25 minutes 0r until chicken is done ( 165 )
2. Spread pesto on bottom half of roll, place chicken half on each roll.
3. Add corned beef, swiss cheese, and sauerkraut, put top on roll and ( enjoy). Serve with a salad and of course a dill pickle if wanted.
