Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, season chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet on medium heat.
- Cook chicken, flipping a few times until done. Chicken should take about 10-15 minutes to cook.
- Cut broccoli into florets.
- Bring a medium sauce pan of water to a boil and toss in broccoli. Cook for 2 minutes and removed with a slotted spoon.
- Lay broccoli on a paper towel to drain.
- Pour out the water and carefully wipe the inside of the pan dry. In the medium sauce pan, melt the butter and then whisk in the flour. Whisk for 2-3 minutes or until the flour browns.
- Whisk in the milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder and ground mustard. - Taste test and add more seasoning if needed. Whisk for a few minutes until sauce thickens.
- Pour the cooked chicken and broccoli into a 2 quart baking dish.
- Sprinkle top with 1 cup cheese.
- Pour sauce all over the top.
- Top with 1 cup cheese.
- Sprinkle crushed Harvest Snaps CAESAR Snapea Crisps all over the top.
- Bake for 20 minutes.

- Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Melt butter in skillet; add chicken, onions and seasoning. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in center.
- Add potatoes and sauce mix (from potato box), and 2 cups water; stir well to combine. Heat just to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in broccoli; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until potatoes are tender and sauce is thickened.
- Remove from heat; stir in cream cheese, and continue stirring until cheese is melted. Top with Parmesan cheese; serve immediately.

- Salt and pepper the chicken and fry in the oil in a medium pan over med-high heat. Brown both sides well. Set aside.
- Prepare the potatoes according to the directions, adding 1 extra tablespoon of butter. Add the broccoli to the prepared baking dish, stirring the mix together gently, but not enough to cover the chicken with sauce.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes. Serve hot.

- In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms and onion; cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender.
- Meanwhile, microwave broccoli with cheese sauce as directed on box.
- Spread 1/3 cup ricotta cheese in bottom of each of 2 ungreased 2-cup au gratin dishes or individual casseroles.

- Melt half the butter in a large casserole over medium heat, add chicken and brown on both sides.
- Pour in wine and chicken broth, add tarragon, cloves, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Cover and let simmer over low heat for about 20 to 25 minutes, until chicken is tender.
- Cook the tortiglioni according to instructions on package, adding broccoli florets to the cooking water together with pasta.
- Drain and set aside.
- Remove the chicken from the casserole and cut into dices.
- Keep warm.
- Mix together the second half of butter and the flour.
- Stir in mixture to remaining juices in casserole.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, gently stir in tortiglioni, broccoli and chicken dices.
- Pour in ovenproof dish, top with shredded Canadian Havarti cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Cook in the oven at 350 ºF (180 ºC) for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.

- Butter 2-quart shallow baking dish.
- Mince garlic and place in small bowl.
- Add to garlic, sour cream, 1/4 cup milk, onion, and mustard; stir.
