Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix the soy sauce, cider vinegar, honey, canola oil, and green onions. Place the mushrooms and chicken into the mixture, and stir to coat. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill for high heat.
- Remove the mushrooms and chicken from the marinade and shake off excess. Pour the marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes; set aside.
- Wrap the chicken chunks with bacon, and thread onto skewers so that the bacon is secured. Alternate with mushroom halves and pineapple chunks.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Arrange skewers on the prepared grill. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, brushing occasionally with remaining soy sauce mixture, until bacon is crisp and chicken juices run clear.

THE BEST BBQ CHICKEN SKEWERS RECIPE
Steps:
- Trim chicken of excess fat, then cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes. In a large bowl, toss the chicken with the salt. Then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 1 hour.
- Turn all grill burners to high, close lid, and heat for about 15 minutes. Leave primary burner on, but turn off other burners.
- Meanwhile, pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine both paprika and sugar. Place the raw bacon in a food processor or blender and pulse for about 30-45 seconds, until a smooth paste forms, scraping down the sides of the bowl twice throughout. Add the bacon paste and spice mixture to the chicken. Mix with hands or spatula until the ingredients are blended and chicken is coated. Thread the chicken onto the skewers, rolling or folding as needed to maintain 1-inch cubes.
- Grill the chicken over the primary burner with lid closed, turning one-quarter of a turn every 2 minutes or so, until browned and slightly charred (about 8 minutes total for chicken breast and 10 minutes for thighs). Brush the top of skewers with BBQ sauce; flip and cook until sauce is browned in spots, about 1 minute. Brush second side with sauce; flip and cook for another minute or so, until cooked through.
- Remove skewers from grill, tent with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve, passing remaining BBQ sauce separately, if desired.

Steps:
- You want to start out by soaking you wooden skewers in water for at least 25 minutes so they do not burn.
- Chop up all your veggies into the desired size.
- chop your chicken into chunks.
- You dont want them too big otherwise your bacon and veggies might burn waiting for it to cook.
- Cut your bacon in half.
- Start poking a piece of veggie onto the skewer.
- When you want to put a piece of chicken on, grab one pice of the bacon that was cut in half and wrap it around the chunk of chicken so the ends are at the same area.
- Poke the skewer where the ends of the bacon meets.
- Just start alternating all the veggies and chicken, and if you are using it steak, alternate the steak and chicken.
- Put them on the grill on a low setting so as to not burn the bacon, and season with spices you prefer.
- Cook until the juices run clear in the chicken.
- Eat and enjoy!

- Cube the chicken, and prepare the green onions, garlic, and mushrooms according to the ingredients list.
- In a large bowl combine the olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic, and the pineapple juice. Gently mix in the chicken, mushrooms and green onions. Marinate, refrigerated for at least 1 hour.
- Remove the chicken and mushrooms from marinating by pouring it into a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes. Set aside.
- Prepare and preheat the grill to medium-high heat-lightly oil grates with cooking oil
- Prepare the red onion and green pepper. Wrap the chicken pieces with slices of bacon and secure them as you thread them onto the skewers. Alternate the red onion, green pepper, pineapple chunks, mushrooms and bacon wrapped chicken as desired.
- Place the Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs on the grill and brush with the marinade. Turn and brush as needed until bacon is crisp and the chicken is done. (Internal temperature 165F.)

- In a small mixing bowl combine olive oil, pepper and ranch seasoning. Mix until combined
- Place chicken in Ziploc bag and pour ranch dressing mixture over the chicken. Seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight
- Place bacon on a microwave plate lined with paper towels so it's not laying on top of the other pieces. Microwave the bacon on a plate for about 1.5 minutes. You will have to do multiple batches. Cut bacon strips into 2 inch square pieces.

- Mix together all of the marinade ingredients, and toss in the chicken and mushrooms. Marinade for 30 minutes in the fridge. While marinating, soak the kabob skewers in hot water.
- Remove from the fridge, and start assembling your kabobs. Preheat your Traeger to 450.
- Grill the kabobs for 6 minutes, flip, and grill another 6 minutes. Remove from grill and set aside.
- Place the naan bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes just to heat them up a bit.
- Serve with fresh caesar dressing.
