2 1⁄2 ounces Dassai 50 sake
1 ounce Plymouth gin
1⁄2 teaspoon Maraska maraschino liqueur
Cherry blossom

Steps:

Combine the liquid ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a cherry blossom.

2/3 cup frozen dark sweet cherries, thawed
ice
3/4 cup sake (4 shots )
ginger ale

Steps:

Divide cherries among two tall glasses. Gently muddle cherries with the back of a wooden spoon in the bottom of each glass. Top with plenty of ice.
Add 2 shots of sake to each glass. Fill to the top with ginger ale.
Sip and enjoy.

Steps:

Gather the ingredients.
In a cocktail shaker , pour the sake, triple sec, cranberry juice, lime juice, and bitters. Fill with ice.
Shake well .
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass .
Serve and enjoy.
