This Cherry Cheesecake Dip is extra delicious and so easy to make! Sweet and creamy, this easy cheesecake dip recipe takes just minutes to make and can be prepared ahead of time. Everyone loves the creamy no bake cheesecake and the bright red cherry topping is almost too pretty to eat! Perfect for parties!

Steps:
- Using a hand or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until creamy and smooth.
- Mix in the Greek yogurt, lemon juice and almond extract until completely combined.
- On low speed, add the marshmallow fluff and mix until smooth. Increase speed to medium and beat until light and fluffy.
- Transfer dip to a 2 quart serving dish or bowl and smooth the surface.
- Gently spread the cherry pie filling on top in an even layer.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with graham crackers, Nilla wafers or your favorite dippers.

CHERRY CHEESECAKE DIP

Steps:
- Mix the cornstarch with 1 tablespoon cold water in a small bowl and reserve. Combine the frozen cherries, sugar and a pinch of salt in a medium saucepan and place over medium-high heat. Stir frequently to dissolve the sugar as the cherries defrost and release their liquid. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer, then cook until the cherries are soft and the liquid has thickened slightly, about 5 minutes. Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce; simmer for just another minute, then remove from the heat. Stir in the lemon juice and let cool completely.
- Put the cream cheese in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the condensed milk, sour cream, vanilla and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Beat again until very fluffy. Transfer to a shallow bowl or baking dish and smooth out. Top with the cooled cherry sauce. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and serve with dippers.

Steps:
- Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray, or butter bottom of pan liberally.
- Distribute the graham cracker crumbs over bottom of dish evenly.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, marshmallow creme and vanilla on medium speed with a hand mixer.
- When it's smooth, fold in the whipped topping (do not use the mixer!) until everything is incorporated.
- Carefully spread over the crumbs in the pan, taking care not to catch and mix in the crumbs while you are spreading.
- Spoon the cherry pie filling over the top evenly.
- Refigerate at least 1 hour.

EASY CHERRY CHEESECAKE
This is a simple cheesecake recipe that I sometimes bring to family occasions. I am posting this recipe for my cousin Amy since she requested the recipe.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the cream cheese in a bowl in the microwave.
- Microwave it on the defrost setting for a couple of minutes to slightly soften the cream cheese (This is so that you don't kill your mixer when beating the cream cheese).
- Add sugar to cream cheese and beat it with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla and blend until smooth.
- Pour into ready made crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Note: The cheesecake is done when the sides are puffed- The center will not be as puffed- It will be possible to jiggle the center slightly but it will not be runny.
- Let cool.
- Top with cherry pie filling and chill.
