Cherry Cheese Dip With Cinnamon Tortillas Food

CHERRY ENCHILADAS

Steps:

• With med heat, cook in skillet until sugar is dissolved, 1/2 cup butter, 1 3/4 cups sugar, 1 cup water, 1 tea vanilla.
• Combine pie filling, 1 tea almond extract and 1/2 cup sugar, mix well.
• Dip tortillas in liquid mixture soaking each.
• Fill tortillas with cherry mixture, roll up like an enchilada.
• Place in oblong pan and repeat.
• Pour remaining liquid mixture over rolled and filled tortillas.
• Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
• Bake 350* 45 minutes.
• Serve with Ice Cream.

EASY CHERRY DIP

Steps:

• In a medium bowl, add cherry pie filling, crush pineapple (juice & all) and sweetened condensed milk. Mix thoroughly. Fold in cool whip until well incorporated. Chill for 2 hours - overnight. Serve with teddy grahams or graham crackers.

CHERRY CHEESECAKE DIP

Steps:

• Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray, or butter bottom of pan liberally.
• Distribute the graham cracker crumbs over bottom of dish evenly.
• In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, marshmallow creme and vanilla on medium speed with a hand mixer.
• When it's smooth, fold in the whipped topping (do not use the mixer!) until everything is incorporated.
• Carefully spread over the crumbs in the pan, taking care not to catch and mix in the crumbs while you are spreading.
• Spoon the cherry pie filling over the top evenly.
• Refigerate at least 1 hour.

CREAMY CHERRY DIP

Steps:

• Place cream cheese in a large bowl, add powdered sugar and mix well.
• Fold in Cool Whip and pie filling.
• Serve with graham crackers for dipping.

CHERRY FRUIT DIP

Steps:

• In a bowl, add the marshmallow creme and cream cheese; mix until well blended (adding cherry juice gradually to help blend).
• Stir in the chopped maraschino cherries.
• Serve immediately with fresh fruit, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
• Note: Serve with cantaloupe, honey dew, seedless red and green grapes, fresh pineapple, strawberries and watermelon.
