TACO SLOPPY JOES
These Taco Sloppy Joes are the perfect mix of two dinnertime favorites! They are quick, easy to make, and a total crowd pleaser. Load them up with your favorite toppings and serve for an awesome dinner or for parties and tailgates!

Steps:
- Brown ground, chopped onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium high heat. Drain grease and add the taco seasoning and salsa.
- Reduce heat to medium low and cook for about 5 more minutes until mixture has thickened and is heated through. Add up to 1/2 cup of water to achieve desired consistency. Serve over hamburgers buns and add desired toppings such as shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, avocado, guacamole, or sour cream. Enjoy!

SLOPPY JOE TACO CUPS
I haven't made these as yet, it looks so good, I can't wait to try it! Since I have not made this as yet, I am not sure how many biscuits are in the refrigerated buttermilk biscuits dough package, or also the correct size of the package, so I really cannot say what the correct yield would be as yet, I am only estimating 8 biscuits for this and 8 ounce for the weight, correct me if I am wrong! Steps:
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Separate the biscuits and press into a 3-1/2-inch circle.
- Place over the UNDERSIDE of a standard-side muffin tin, pressing around the cup to shape into a "bowl".
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until browned.
- Remove and place baked cups on a serving platter.
- In a skillet brown the beef with onions, garlic and green pepper until browned; season with salt and pepper.
- Add in taco seasoning, water and sloppy Joe sauce; simmer for 6-7 minutes or until hot and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in 1 cup cheese; mix until combined.
- Spoon the cooked beef/cheese mixture evenly between the baked "cups".
- Top with lettuce, tomato and more shredded cheese.
- Top with sour cream and sliced olives.

Cheesy Taco Sloppy Joes are one of the easiest dinners you will ever make. Bonus points for being made in a one pan in less than 30 minutes.

Steps:
- Add the butter to a large cast iron skillet on medium heat.
- Add the diced onion, minced garlic and diced jalapeño peppers. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the veggies start to soften, stirring a few times.
- Add the beef to the pan and break it apart with a wooden spoon or spatula. Distribute evenly and mix in with the veggies. Cook for 10 minutes stirring a few times. Drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning, tomato sauce, salt and black pepper to the pan and stir to combine.
- In a small cup mix the beef broth and cornstarch together, add the slurry to the pan. Stir to combine and cook for another 5 minutes or until the mixture is only slightly liquidy.
- Turn off the heat, mix in the Mexican blend cheese.
- Serve on toasted brioche buns topped with diced tomatoes, sour cream, cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.

Steps:
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned, 4-5 minutes, stirring with a spoon to break it up.
- Discard any drippings.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables, 1 1/3 cups water, the tomato paste, and seasoning mix; bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring, until thickened, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat the broiler.
- Place the buns, cut side up, on a broiler rack and broil 3 inches from the heat until toasted, 1-2 minutes.
- Top each bun half with I slice of the cheese and broil until the cheese is melted, about 1 minute longer.
