2 cups Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes
2/3 cup frozen green pea
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped cooked bacon
4 large cannoli shells

Steps:

  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the mashed potatoes and green peas. Microwave 4-5 minutes. Stir in cheddar cheese until cheese melts.
  • Fill cannoli shells with mashed potato mixture, dividing evenly.
  • Spread bacon on a plate. Dip tips of cannoli into the bacon bits.
  • Place on serving platter.

2 Cups Sour cream
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Ground black pepper
2 Cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 Cup Sliced green onions
1 Package (30 oz.) Ore-Ida® Country Style Hash Browns
2 Cups Crushed corn flake cereal
1/4 Cup Butter, melted

* TIP: If desired, substitute condensed cream of chicken soup with condensed cream of turkey soup.

Steps:

  • 1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 13x9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2.In a large bowl, whisk together soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese, onion and hash browns until well mixed. Spoon evenly into baking dish.
  • 3.In a medium bowl, mix together cereal and butter. Sprinkle evenly on top of hash brown mixture.
  • 4.Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste if desired. Garnish with additional sliced green onion if desired.

1 (20 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese, divided
4 ounces grated fresh parmesan cheese, divided
2 cups heavy cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place potatoes in a large bowl. Add half the cheddar, Monterey Jack and Parmesan, reserving the rest for the top. Add heavy cream and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the potatoe mixture to a medium buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheddar, Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheeses on top. Bake until bubbly and golden brown, 30 to 45 minutes. Remove and cool slightly before serving.

1 small onion, finely chopped
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon margarine
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Layer the potatoes, onion, cheese, salt and pepper into a microwave safe casserole dish. Once finished layering, place 1 teaspoon of margarine on the top of the uppermost layer. Cover and cook in the microwave oven on HIGH for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the dish from the microwave and stir before cooking for another 10 minutes or until done. Stir well and serve.

2 (8 ounce) packages Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
2 (15 ounce) cans Hormel chili without beans
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees, Bake time: 25-30 minutes.
  • Use rectangular cake pan (9x13) approximately.
  • Spray pan with cooking spray.
  • Layer diced potatoes evenly across bottom.
  • Layer Chili sauce (with beans or without) on top of potato dices.
  • Layer 4 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese (your choice) on top of Chili sauce.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cut in large squares. Serve with a spoonful of sour cream on top. (Tortilla chips on the side? would be nice too).
