CHEESY ITALIAN PASTA
This cheesy pasta is loaded with bacon, sausage, and tomatoes. It is a great dinner to make ahead.

Steps:
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the bacon until crisp. Place the bacon on paper towels. Crumble when cooled off.
- Add 6 Tablespoons bacon grease to a large saucepan. Cook the onions in the bacon grease 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the tomatoes, garlic, oregano, juice, milk, basil, and red pepper. Simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Stir the crumbled bacon, sausage, pasta, and peas into the tomato mixture. Top with the cheese and cover until melted. Serve immediately.

CHEESY ITALIAN PASTA
Steps:
- In a large skillet or frying pan, add ground beef and onions and cook until brown, then add minced garlic and cook for an additional two minutes.
- Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, Rotel, beef broth, and seasonings, stir, cover, simmer while pasta is cooking.
- Cook pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes, drain and add to meat mixture. Stir until combined.
- Finally, add sour cream and shredded cheese. Mix well and serve.

- Heat oven to 350ºF. Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir in vegetables and sauce; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are tender. Drain pasta. Add to meat mixture along with VELVEETA; mix well.
- Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake 15 to 20 min. or until heated through.

- Crumble the ground beef and Italian sausage into a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until browned. Drain.
- Combine the ground meats, marinara sauce, mushrooms, and tomatoes in a slow cooker. Cover, and cook on LOW heat for 7 to 8 hours.
- Stir in the tortellini, and sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top. Cover and cook for 15 more minutes on LOW, or until the tortellini is tender.

Just as fast as a boxed mix but much healthier and yummier! Very popular here in TX where we like to add a little crushed red pepper or cayenne to it. Very Italian in flavor.
