- Combine yogurt and chili sauce in a small bowl.
- Stir in egg white, sweet pepper, onion, pickle, pimiento, and worcestershire sauce or horseradish.
- Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
- Before serving, stir in enough milk to make dressing of desired consistency.

DIANE'S EASY THOUSAND ISLAND SALAD DRESSING
This is a simple, delicious salad dressing that I got from my friend Diane. I make it every time we have Rueben sandwiches and double it so there's plenty for salad the next day. You'll never buy store bought again after trying this easy recipe. As with most recipes, this tastes better the next day after flavors blend.

CHEESY ITALIAN HOUSE SALAD WITH PARMESAN DRESSING
This salad is rich and very filling and should be served as a main meal. The dressing makes about 1-1/2 cups but can easily be doubled. Plan ahead the dressing needs to chill for a couple of hours before using, prep time includes chilling time for the dressing. Feel free to add in other ingredients to the salad.

MOM'S CREAMY CHEESY BERRY SALAD DRESSING
Easiest and yummiest dressing ever. Discovered when my mother was having a dinner party and didn't have enough salad dressing. It may seem like a strange combination to some, but please give it a try. I don't think you'll be sorry. We have found it tastes best over a salad of mixed greens, dried cranberries, walnuts or pecans and red onion. Yum! It's a bonus that it's extremely low in fat too!! Oh yes, and if you don't have blue cheese dressing, it works wonders with ranch! You can also use any berry vinegarette such as raspberry walnut. Our favorite: Ken's Steak House Fat Free Raspberry Pecan. Please also note that no matter how I tried, I could not get Zaar to recognize the raspberry pecan salad dressing wo it is not computed in the nutritional value.

This is a Classic Caesar Dressing and is the tastiest and very close to the original with personal variations. The volumes have ranges as Caesar dressings are the best to play with for your own taste buds. I prefer with more garlic

- Bake bread cubes 8 min 325 degrees and then fry lightly in some of the olive oil and garlic, as needed. Toss until crispy and golden.
- Set aside to drain on paper towels.
- Crush the garlic cloves and salt into a paste in a large wooden salad bowl, using the back of a wooden salad serving spoon.
- Add the anchovies and do the same. Add the Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, lemon juice and pepper. Whisk in the remaining oil until thoroughly combined.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and whisk again until combined.
- Add the coddled eggs and whisk until blended toss.
- Add lettuce and toss until coated Top with shaved or shredded Parmesan cheese. Serve.
- * To Make Coddled Eggs: Put egg (in the shell) in saucepan of room temperature water. Bring water to a simmer and simmer 1 minute. Drain and cool egg immediately by running cool water over it. It will be soft and the white still runny.
- Adding the eggs is optional but oh so good.
- The volumes have ranges to play with your own palette.
- Reserve left over dressing as it will keep for weeks.
CHEESY ISLAND SALAD DRESSING
The dry ingredients can be made in advance and added to the mayonnaise and catsup in varying amounts depending on how thick you want your salad dressing to be. For a sweeter dressing, add a little honey. Cooking is a Creative Sport.
