Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, stir together soup, milk and ½ cup of cheese. Pour into the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine chicken and remaining ½ cup of cheese.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place about 1-2 heaping tablespoons of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each crescent roll. Roll the dough up and place each crescent roll (seam-side down) in the bottom of the dish.
- Bake, uncovered, until the liquid is bubbly and the tops of the crescent rolls are browned (about 25 minutes). The bottom of the rolls (that are submerged in the sauce) will stay soft - like dumplings -- but will still be cooked through.

Steps:
- 1. Cook how you like. I either put a little salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. Then I cook in a frying pan with a little olive oil. You can also use a rotisserie chicken pulled off bone and skin removed. Remove and dice.
- 2. Mix 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese with the chicken in a bowl. Set aside.
- 3. Separate and unroll the crescent rolls.
- 4. Place chicken and cheese mixture on the large end of a separated crescent roll.
- 5. Then roll the dough to form a crescent.
- 6. Once rolled, place in a 9 x 13 dish. Continue until all rolls are completed.
- 7. Heat soup, milk and the remaining cheese in a saucepan.
- 8. When warm pour soup mix over the chicken rolls.
- 9. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
- 10. NOTE: You can also make this into one roll. Here are the directions: 1. Cook chicken and dice. Mix 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese with chicken in the bowl; set aside. 2. Separate and unroll the crescent rolls and place side by side in a 9x13 baking dish. Put chicken mixture at one end of roll and roll into a cake roll (like a log). 3. Heat soup, milk and the remaining cheese in a saucepan. When warm pour soup mix over the chicken roll. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly. You can double the recipe and put both loaves in the 9x13 pan.
CHEESY HERB CHICKEN CRESCENT ROLL UPS

Steps:
- 1. Set oven at 350. Spray a 9X13 dish with cooking spray (I prefer Butter Flavor PAM). Have cream cheese and butter sitting out to soften while you prepare the chicken and soup mixture
- 2. Mix together in a bowl: milk, 1 cup colby/monterrey jack cheese, and undiluted cream of chicken with herbs soup. Sit to the side
- 3. Cook chicken in skillet and season to taste with garlic pepper or your favorite seasoning (i.e. seasoning salt, salt and pepper). Finely chop chicken strips and sit to the side.
- 4. For filling -- In a bowl mix the soft cream cheese and butter until very smooth, then add in garlic powder. Add in the chopped chicken, mushroom pieces, onion flakes, and cheese; mix well until combined. Add in 2 tablespoons milk; mix to combine (add a little more if the mixture seems too dry).
- 5. Unroll crescent rolls. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture on top of each crescent triangle, then roll up starting at the larger end.
- 6. Pour a small amount of soup mixture on the bottom of the dish, just enough to cover. Then place the crescent rolls seam-side down on top of the soup mixture in the dish.
- 7. Pour the remaning soup mixture on top and sprinkle with 1 cup or more grated cheese or amount desired. Bake for 35 minutes.
KITTENCAL'S CHICKEN CRESCENT ROLL CASSEROLE
This will also work great with turkey; if you do not have chicken breasts, then use any leftover cooked chicken. If desired you can fill the crescents just with the filling mixture and omit the soup, just brush with butter before baking. They are wonderful just stuffed with the filling! A few members have experienced a soggy bottom, so you might want to consider just drizzling half (or even a little less) of the soup mixture on top and a little around the sides of the crescents, then save the rest of the soup mixture for another time (this will help prevent a soggy bottom). You may use the jumbo crescent rolls and stuff with more chicken mixture :)

CHEESY SKILLET CRESCENT ROLLS WITH CARAMELIZED ONIONS
Cast iron gets screaming hot, so it's perfect for giving rolls a beautiful crust.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375˚ F. Melt the butter in a 12-inch cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, thyme, 1 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are very soft and a deep golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in the vinegar and cook, scraping up any browned bits, until evaporated, 1 to 2 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove the onions to a paper towel-lined plate and wipe the skillet clean.
- On the wide end of each dough triangle, spoon a scant tablespoonful of caramelized onions and sprinkle with about 1 tablespoon Swiss cheese. Starting at the wide end, gently roll up the dough around the filling; place in the skillet. There will be some space between each roll, but the rolls will puff up and come together when baked.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake until the rolls are golden and puffy, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
CREAM CHEESE ROLL-UPS
Steps:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, salsa and onions until fully combined. Spread the tortillas with the mixture, leaving a 1/2-inch edge. Top each with bacon and ham, then roll into tight cylinders and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Remove from fridge, discard the plastic wrap and cut each roll into 1-inch pieces, discarding the uneven ends (or eating them while preparing, like I did!). Each roll should yield eight pieces. If you like, before cutting, stick toothpicks in the rolls at 1-inch intervals; it makes serving a snap.
