1 pound jumbo pasta shells
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
12 ounces evaporated milk
4 ounces garlic and herb cream cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Boil the pasta shells according to the package directions, just until al dente. Drain the water then rinse the shells in cold water to cool them down and prevent sticking.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Stuff this filling into the cooked pasta shells and place them in a single layer in a glass 9x13 baking dish.
  • In a large sauce pot, heat the cream of chicken soup and the evaporated milk over medium heat until hot. Add the garlic and herb cream cheese and stir until melted and incorporated into the sauce. Remove the pan from the heat and add 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese; stir well.
  • Pour the creamy sauce over the stuffed shells in the baking dish. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake at 350F for 40 minutes until hot and bubbly. Cool slightly before serving.

salt and pepper to taste
½ teaspoon dried oregano
2 cups spaghetti sauce

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add shells and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and rinse in cold water.
  • Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain and crumble. In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, spinach, ricotta cheese, egg, garlic, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cool water; drain.

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 egg
1 cup dry bread crumbs

8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Separate shells and let stand, so they are not touching, on waxed paper or foil.

1 cup mayonnaise

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2 large bone-in chicken breasts
15 oz box uncooked jumbo pasta shells
2 cups fresh spinach (diced)
1/2 small white onion (diced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup ricotta cheese
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 egg (slightly beaten)
2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded (divided))
salt & pepper
26 oz jar spaghetti sauce (I use Tomato Basil)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Sprinkle chicken breast generously with salt and pepper.
  • Roast for 30-35 minutes or until done.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add a few pinches of salt and the pasta shells.
  • Boil just until ABOUT al dente (about 12 minutes)
  • When pasta is done, drain and rinse with cool water.
  • Place the pasta shells on a tray & pick out the good ones. Not all the shells will survive the boiling process intact. Set aside.
  • When chicken is done let cool and dice 2 cups worth of chicken. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl stir together diced chicken, diced spinach, diced onion and minced garlic.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, & mayo.
  • Add parsley and italian seasoning.
  • Stir in the egg.
  • Fold in 1 cup mozzerella cheese.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add cheese mixture to chicken mixture, stirring until well combined.
  • Spread half of the spaghetti sauce onto the bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  • Stuff the shells with the chicken mixture and place into the dish.
  • Pour remaining sauce over center of shells.
  • Cover and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for another 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Let cool slightly.
  • Serve with salad and breadsticks!

3 cups marinara sauce
7 oz Jumbo shells (about 27 shells, 200g)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella (150g)
16 oz cottage cheese (450g)
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (70g)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella (150g)
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
1 teaspoon basil (or small handful fresh chopped leaves)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 large egg
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the pasta and cook it 2 minutes shorter than the recommended time on the package. Stir the pasta from time to time with a wooden spoon making sure it doesn't stick to the pot. Drain, toss with cold water and drain again.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C/Gas Mark 5, no fan.
  • Make the filling: add all the filling ingredients into a large bowl (well-drained cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, Italian herbs, basil, onion and garlic powder, egg), stir until combined, season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the marinara sauce in a 9x13-inch (22x32cm) casserole dish.
  • Fill each pasta shell with the cheese filling. Arrange the shells with the stuffing side up in the baking dish.
  • Top the shells with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover the dish and put it under the broiler. Bake for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is browned (keep an eye on it, it can burn quickly).
  • Take out of the oven and let rest for 10 minutes (the sauce will thicken).

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Make the sauce: Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the carrot, zucchini, onion and celery and saute until soft but not brown, 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the basil, oregano, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Position an oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 400ºF.

  • Stuff room temperature shells with chicken mixture and add to the bottom of the baking pan.

2 cups chicken (cooked and shredded )
1 cup ricotta cheese ((or cottage cheese))
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
salt and pepper (to taste)
10.5 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
12 ounces evaporated milk
4 ounces herb & garlic cream cheese
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (divided)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Boil and drain pasta shells until al dente. Rinse in cold water and set aside.
  • In a medium sized bowl combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, and salt & pepper to taste.
  • Pour cream of chicken soup into a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat. Stir in evaporated milk and whisk until mixed.
  • Add cream cheese to soup mixture stirring over medium heat until melted. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Fill pasta shells with chicken mixture and place in a 9x13 pan. Top with sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake until hot & bubbly (about 25 minutes).

This recipe I came up with for a potluck. You can cut the recipe in half, but leftovers are welcome :)

1 lb ground chicken or 2 breast halves , diced
1 pkg real bacon, diced or real bacon bits ( use can use less or more )
1 box jumbo shells
1 - 48 oz ricotta cheese
2 - 8 oz bags of shredded 5 italian cheese
1- 8 oz bag or block white chedder, shredded
3 jar(s) garlic alfredo sauce
grated parmesan

Steps:

  • 1. Cook and dice Chicken Cook and dice Bacon Boil shells Combine Chicken, Bacon, Ricotta, Shredded 5 cheese and 1/2 of chedder (grated) in large bowl. Mix together well. Scoop mixure into shells generously. Pour 1 Jar alfredo into Large rectangle baking pan ( at least 1in deep ) spread to cover dish. Place stuffed shells crease side down snuggly together. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Bake covered at 375 for 30-40 minutes. Remove cover. Sprinkle some parmesan, Grate and top with remaining chedder, Bake until top is golden. Best served with Garlic Bread :)
