I like doing these....you don't have to be home to cook. love the crock pot!

Number Of Ingredients 7

Ingredients

4 c lima beans
1 can(s) 28oz. diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 c juice from diced tomatoes
1/2 c green onions
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

1. In a small to medium crock pot, combine all ingredients except green pepper and cheese.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours. Add the green pepper and cheese. Cook 20 minutes more until cheese melts.
