Steps:

  • Boil, drain, peel, dice potatoes. Set aside.
  • Boil, drain, dice chicken breasts. Set aside.
  • In a medium sauce pan, melt butter, add flour, once this starts to brown, slowly add milk stirring constantly until its slightly pasty.
  • Remove from heat, add cheese, stir until cheese melts inches
  • In a large baking pan, layer potatoes, broccoli, chicken, cheese mix.
  • Continue to layer.

1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup milk
20 round buttery crackers, crushed

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

1 large head of broccoli (approx 360g), cut into florets
50g of cheddar cheese, grated
3 medium new potatoes (approx 70g each), chopped
1 tbsp vegetable oil
400ml of milk
25g of plain white flour
25g margarine/butter
2 tsp grated Parmesan
1 tsp English mustard
1 small leek (approx 210g), finely sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven. Cook the potatoes in lightly salted boiling water for 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside. Keep the water for cooking the broccoli later.
  • Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and cook the leek for 4-5 minutes, or until soft.
  • Cook the broccoli in lightly salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes, or until tender.
  • To make the cheese sauce, melt the margarine/butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour and cook over a medium heat for 1 minute. Turn down the heat and add only as much milk as the mixture can absorb to make a slightly smoother paste. Work the paste into a smooth and glossy consistency before adding a little more milk. Repeat until the paste has a creamy consistency. Gradually stir in the remaining milk and turn up the heat. Bring to the boil and simmer, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Stir in the cheddar cheese and English mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the potatoes, broccoli and leek with the cheese sauce and spoon into an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.

4-5 medium potatoes, peeled, washed, and cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 1/4 cups milk
condensed cheese soup
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (you can use the "real" bacon pieces if your in a rush)
4 chicken breasts cut into chunks, seasoned with your favorite seasonings, and cooked (you can also use rotisserie chicken)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

Steps:

  • Combine the milk and cheese soup, whisk until smooth. Reserve 1 cup of the cheese soup and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease a 13X9 inch baking dish.
  • Spoon 1/4 of the cheese soup mixture and spread across the bottom.
  • Add a single layer of potatoes and season with salt,pepper,garlic powder, and onion powder.

Steps:

  • Set oven to 350°F.
  • Grease an 8-inch square pan (or any size pan that will hold the mixture).
  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the 2 Tbsp butter; whisk in flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg; whisk and cook for 1 minute, add in the half and half cream; whisk until thickened and bubbly.

2 chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic granules
1/4 tsp salt

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (390 Fahrenheit).

4 russet potatoes (skin scrubbed clean under water and patted completely dry)
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 boneless (skinless chicken breasts, chopped into 1" chunks)
2 heads broccoli (chopped into 1" chunks)
1 medium yellow onion (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (grated)
6 tablespoons butter (or more to taste)
1 cup sour cream (or more to taste)
2 cups Kraft Natural Shredded Cheddar Cheese (divided (or more to taste))
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees with the oven rack in the middle. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Rub the potato with 1 tablespoon olive oil until it is well coated and sprinkle the skin with 1 tablespoon salt. Place the potatoes on the parchment lined baking sheet. Roast the potatoes whole (don't poke any holes in it) until it is soft when you squeeze it with your hand. The baking time will depend on the size of your potato, but usually 45 minutes - 1 hour.
  • While the baked potatoes are baking, make the broccoli, cheddar and chicken filling. Preheat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil, then the chopped chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper. Cook about 4 minutes, flipping half way thru, until starting to turn golden brown. Then add in the broccoli and onion. Season again with salt and pepper. Cook about 8-10 more minutes, until the chicken is cooked thru, and the broccoli and onion are softened. Add in the garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove the pan from heat and set aside.
  • When you take the baked potatoes out of the oven, drop each one onto the counter or cutting board from 10" up. By dropping it, you loosen the inside of the potato so it is light and fluffy inside when you cut into it.
  • Cut a slit down the length of the baked potato, pinch the edges together to make the opening bigger, and scoop out the potato from the skin. Transfer the potato to a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and add butter and sour cream. Mash with a potato masher. Then fold in the broccoli chicken mixture and 1-1/2 cups of the shredded cheddar cheese. Taste for seasoning, and add more salt/pepper/butter/sour cream/cheese if desired.
  • Scoop the potato mixture back into the potato skins, then transfer them back to the parchment lined baking sheet. Top the potatoes with the remaining 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve warm.
