1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
1 1/2 cups uncooked mini bow-tie (mini farfalle) pasta (5 oz)
2 1/2 cups Progresso™ beef-flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup frozen corn (from 12-oz bag), thawed
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz)

Steps:

  • In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
  • Add bell pepper; cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in pasta, broth, barbecue sauce, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover; cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  • Stir in corn and 1 cup of the cheese. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Cover; cook 3 to 4 minutes longer, until corn is hot and cheese is melted.

1-1/2 cups ziti pasta, uncooked
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 large carrot, chopped
1 large zucchini, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
6 oz. VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, brown meat with vegetables in large skillet; drain.
  • Microwave VELVEETA and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir. Continue microwaving and stirring in 30-sec. increments until VELVEETA is completely melted and sauce is well blended.
  • Add VELVEETA sauce to meat mixture along with the pizza sauce; mix well.
  • Drain pasta. Add to ingredients in skillet; mix lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup water
1 cup penne pasta, uncooked
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 oz. 2% Milk VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

Steps:

  • Cook meat with onions, cumin and chili powder in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until meat is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
  • Add tomatoes, water, pasta and peppers; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 18 to 20 min. or until pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  • Stir in VELVEETA; cook 2 min. or until melted, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cilantro.

1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 cup water
3 cups rotini pasta
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • In a large nonstick skillet, cook the beef over high heat, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
  • Pour off all but 1 tablespoons of fat.
  • Add the onion, garlic, green pepper, basil and thyme and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the tomatoes and water and bring to a boil.
  • Add the pasta and reduce the heat to simmer.
  • Cover and cook, stirring frequently, for 20 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
  • Stir in the salt, pepper and sugar.
  • Remove from the heat and sprinkle with the mozzarella.
  • Cover and let stand until the cheese has melted.

  • Heat olive oil in a large (5 quart) skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add beef and cook until browned, crumbling into small pieces.
  • Stir in the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, and a little salt and pepper. Cook at a low simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • In a 12-inch skillet pan with sides and a lid, over medium-high heat, add ground beef, red bell pepper, and salt. Cook and crumble until beef is no longer pink. Drain.
