1 lb Lean Ground Beef, macros with 96/4
3/4 C (184g) Liquid Egg Whites, or 4 whole egg whites
1/2 C (56g) Fat-Free Shredded Cheddar
1/2 C (56g) Shredded Parmesan
1/2 C (56g) Breadcrumbs
1/4 C (68g) Reduced Sugar Ketchup
3 T (45g) Mustard
5 small (50g) Dill Pickles, finely diced (relish may work here as well)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400F and spray a 24-muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Brown the ground beef (or meat of choice) in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • While the meat cooks, mix the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • After briefly cooling, add the cooked meat to the remaining ingredients, stirring until even.
  • Spoon the mixture into the mini muffin tin, making sure to remove any excess between slots.
  • Bake for 23-25 minutes or until muffin tops are golden brown.

1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon Homemade BBQ seasoning
¾ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
4 Slices of your favorite cheese (for topping)
4 Hamburger buns
Additional Condiments/Toppings like sliced tomato (lettuce, red onion, mayonnaise, ketchup, pickles)
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Salt
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
½ Tablespoon Black Pepper
½ Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper

Steps:

  • Pre heat your grill to medium-high to high heat, around 375 to 400 degrees F.
  • Hand mix the ground beef, BBQ rub and shredded cheese in a mixing bowl. Divide the hamburger into 3-4 equal sizes, depending on how big you want your patties. Roll the meat into a ball and flatten to make the patties. For best results, make the patties about the same diameter as your hamburger bun. Use a 1 tsp measuring spoon or your thumb to make a 1/4"-1/2" indentation in the center of each patty.
  • Place the patties on the grill, over direct heat. Flip when they no longer stick to the grill, approximately 5 minutes per side.
  • When the burgers are done cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and let sit on the grill, over indirect heat, for no more than a minute.
  • Once the sliced cheese is slightly melted, remove the burgers from the grill and serve immediately on a bun with your favorite toppings/condiments. Enjoy!!

1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 slices Cheddar cheese (about 2 ounces)

Ketchup, mustard and/or mayonnaise, for spreading (optional)

Steps:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil, separated (30 ml)
1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
2 lbs lean ground beef (900 g)
1 egg
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (15 ml)
4 slices Roquefort cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce
salt
pepper

Steps:

  • In small frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil.
  • Add onion, cover, and cook over low heat for 4 minutes.
  • Combine beef and egg, mixing well.
  • To beef mixture, add cooked onion, parsley, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces and mix well.
  • Shape mixture into 4 large patties, scoring each with a knife.

300g breadcrumbs
140g extra-mature or mature cheddar , grated
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 small bunch parsley , finely chopped
2 eggs , beaten
split burger buns

red onion slices
lettuce , tomato sauce, coleslaw, wedges or fries

Steps:

  • Crumble the mince in a large bowl, then tip in the breadcrumbs, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and eggs with 1 tsp ground pepper and 1-2 tsp salt. Mix with your hands to combine everything thoroughly.
  • Shape the mix into 12 burgers. Chill until ready to cook for up to 24 hrs. Or freeze for up to 3 months. Just stack between squares of baking parchment to stop the burgers sticking together, then wrap well. Defrost overnight in the fridge before cooking.
  • To cook the burgers, heat grill to high. Grill burgers for 6-8 mins on each side until cooked through. Meanwhile, warm as many buns as you need in a foil-covered tray below the grilling burgers. Let everyone assemble their own, served with their favourite accompaniments.

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high; add ground round and onion, and cook, stirring often, until beef is crumbled and no longer pink and onion is tender, 7 to 8 minutes. Drain all fat from skillet, and place over medium.

Stir in 1/2 cup each of Monterey Jack cheese and Cheddar cheese, and cook, stirring often, until cheeses melt, 1 to 2 minutes. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased (with cooking spray) 11- x 7-inch baking dish. Top evenly with tater tots. Place dish on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven, uncovered, until bubbly around edges and potatoes are golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup each of Monterey Jack cheese and Cheddar cheese, and bake until cheese is melted, about 3 more minutes. Remove from oven, and let stand 10 minutes.   • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the onion and garlic.
  • Then brown the ground beef and then drain on paper towels.
