RAMEN CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch square baking dish with nonstick spray. Cook ground beef and onions until beef is brown and cooked through (165 degrees); drain.
- 2. Separate beef ramen noodles into 4 squares. Combine diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and ramen seasoning packets in a medium bowl. Layer 1 cup tomato mixture, ramen squares, and remaining tomato mixture in prepared dish. Top with cooked ground beef and onions.
- 3. Bake, covered, for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top casserole with Hy-Vee smooth and cheesy loaf. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve topped with lettuce, dill pickles, and chopped tomato, if desired.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over high heat, saute beef and onion for 6-8 minutes, or until browned. Stir in water and seasoning packets from noodle packages, and bring to a boil.
- Add noodles and cook for 3 minutes, or until soft and water is almost gone. Remove from heat and stir in ketchup, mustard, and relish.
- Pour into baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until warmed through.
CHEESEBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE
This recipe was an experiment. I didn't have a pie shell to make cheeseburger pie, so I made part of the cheeseburger pie recipe, then threw in the noodles to make up for the missing pie crust. It was very good. My husband thought it would be gross because it was just an experiment, but he actually went back for seconds.

Steps:
- Prepare noodles according to the directions on the box.
- While the noodles are cooking, saute beef, onions and garlic together in a pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Drain.
- Into meat mixture, add chopped green chilies, tomatoes, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix well.
- Drain noodles, and in a casserole dish, mix together noodles and meat mixture.
- Mix cheese into the noodles and meat, until it has melted.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Goes well with a fresh green salad.

Steps:
- Pre-heat Oven to 375.
- In a bowl, combine crusted noodles, 1 packet of seasoning, sour cream, soup(undiluted) water, milk, and onion. Stir and pour into a 9x9 oven-safe casserole dish.
- Brown meat and drain grease. Add meat to ramen and stir to combine.
- Cover and place in oven, do not put on cheese and French onions.
- After 20 minutes, take casserole out and mix, sprinkle French onion over top. Place back in oven uncovered and cook for 10 minutes. Take it out and sprinkle cheese on it.

- Brown Hamburger and onion, then add flavoring packets from ramen noodles and simmer for about 4 minutes.
- Add the water and the tomatoes and bring to a boil.
- Then add ramen noodles and cook for about 4 minutes more.
- Pour into a casserole dish (I always SPAM it first) and cover with sliced Velveeta cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350° or until cheese is melted.
