- Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch skillet, mix cooked beef and ketchup. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. Stir in relish, cheese and mustard. Set aside. Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press each to 8x5 inches, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
- Divide beef mixture evenly among rectangles. Bring ends up over filling, overlapping about 1 inch. Press edges with fork to seal. Brush each with water, and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon sesame seed.
- Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

In a large skillet, cook beef, onion, salt and pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain and cool. , Place 2 biscuits overlapping on a floured surface; roll out into a 5-in. oval. - In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with onions and garlic. Cook until no longer pink. Drain. Set aside.
- Open one tube refrigerated biscuits, and roll out to flatten slightly.
- Place a slice of cheese on each biscuit.
- Spoon ground beef mixture evenly on all 8 biscuits.
- **Optional: Place an additional piece of cheese on top of ground beef mixture on each biscuit.
- Open the other tube of refrigerated biscuits, and roll out to flatten again.
- Place the newly rolled out biscuits on top of the ground beef mixture. Then score the outside edges with a fork to seal.
- Bake in a 400° oven for about 10 minutes, until biscuits are golden and cheeseburger pockets are heated through.
- Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or additional hamburger toppings, if desired.

- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Prep the pizza dough according to this recipe's instructions.
- After the dough has risen roll it out into a rectangle, about 8" tall by 15" wide (and ⅛" thick).
- Cut the dough into equal-sized rectangles about 3" long by 2" wide. You should be able to get about 10-12 rectangles (for 5-6 pockets) out of the dough. Cut off any jagged edges and re-roll into a rectangle. You should be able to get 6-8 pockets out of all the dough and filling.
- In a small non-stick skillet saute the onion and garlic with 1 tsp of olive oil until translucent (about 4 minutes). Add in the meatless crumbles and cook until thawed, about 3 more minutes.
- Stir in the vegan cheddar cheese and cook until it becomes melted (another 3 minutes).
- Spread 1-2 tsp of pizza sauce onto one rectangle of dough, leaving a border of dough around the edges. Top with 1-2 tbsp of the hamburger mixture. Add pickles on top, if using.
- Stretch another rectangle of dough out so it's slightly larger in size than the first rectangle of dough.
- Place it on top of the hamburger mixture, and press the edges of the two rectangles together. Use a fork if you'd like to crimp the edges of the dough together.
- Poke a few holes in the top of the pocket with a fork. Brush olive oil on to the top.
- Place the pockets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 400F until golden brown on top.

- BROWN beef and onion; drain. Stir in ketchup and mustard.
- PRESS or roll each biscuit to 6-inch round. (if using the cheapy biscuits, use 2 and make a circle).
- Fill with rounded 1/4 cup beef mixture, 2 tablespoons cheese and 2 pickle slices.

- In a large skillet, cook the beef, bacon and onion over medium heat until browned; drain. Add cheese, cook and stir over low heat until melted. Set aside.
- Roll out pizza dough (sprinkle flour on the counter before rolling if you need to use a rolling pin). Cut dough into four-six individual portions. Make sure that each portion of dough is flat (they can be round or square - it doesn't matter). I like to use a small round bowl (flipped upside down) to trace and cut out the dough.
- Spoon beef mixture onto center of each piece of dough (leave a border). Moisten the edges with a small amount of water (this will help the dough seal shut), and fold dough over filling to close. Pinch the edges of each circle to seal closed. Place on a greased baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Depending on how full you stuff your pockets, you might have some leftover beef mixture. Refrigerate the leftovers and use the meat as a stuffing for baked potatoes, as a filling for sandwich rolls, tossed with mac and cheese, or wrapped in tortillas.
- Bake at 400F (200C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ketchup and mustard for dipping.

- In a large skillet over medium heat add the ground beef, onions and garlic. Cook until no longer pink. Drain. Add the pickles, ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Cut in circles and lay into the muffin areas. Fill each with the meat mixture and top with the cheese. Bring the dough up around the meat mixture.
