Cheeseburger Turnovers are perfect for the picky eaters in your family who don't eat anything unusual, but you can easily add ingredients to them too. All it takes is 4 ingredients--refrigerated biscuits, ground beef, American cheese and milk!

Steps:
- Brown ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper; drain excess grease.
- Flatten canned biscuits.
- Put one heaping Tablespoon of ground beef in center of biscuit.
- Fold the cheese slices in half and half again and put on top of beef.
- Top with another biscuit, and seal the edges with a fork; prick top with fork.
- Place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Brush top of biscuits with milk.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees In a skillet, brown ground beef, season with salt, pepper, garlic seasoning, and drain. Take a flattened biscuit round, layer beef and cheese on half and fold the top half over to seal it in, creating a turnover. Use a fork to pinch edges to seal beef and cheese into the turnover and place on greased cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining biscuit rounds. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until turnovers are golden brown.

- In a skillet, brown meat and onions over medium heat; drain.
- Stir in sauce, then set aside.
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
- On an ungreased cookie sheet, unroll crescent rolls into 4 triangles, overlapping on the long sides.
- Firmly press perforations and edges to seal, and pat to form 15x13" rectangle.
- Spread meat mixture lengthwise in a 4" wide strip down the center of dough to within 1" of ends.
- Top meat with cheese.
- Fold sides and ends of dough 1" over filling.
- Bring long ends over, crimping the edges.
- Pinch edges to seal.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

- Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil, then add the onion, ground beef, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper. Cook, undisturbed, until the beef starts to develop a crust, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip with a spatula, breaking up the meat. Continue cooking until browned, about 30 more seconds. Stir in the pickled peppers, then arrange the cheese over the meat mixture; remove from the heat and let melt.
- Spread the mayonnaise on both sides of the rolls. Divide the beef among the roll bottoms using a spatula. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, hot sauce and the roll tops. Serve with potato chips.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 11x7-inch baking dish.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in the hot skillet until meat is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Stir in ketchup, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut rolls in half horizontally without separating each roll from one another. Place bottom halves in the prepared baking dish. Spread meat mixture on rolls, top with Monterey Jack cheese, and cover with roll tops.

- In a large bowl mix the flour, white sugar and salt. Cut in the cream cheese and the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Work dough with hands until it holds together. Divide dough into four balls, wrap in wax paper and refrigerate for 2 hours or until dough is firm
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
