Steps:
- Add warm water to combined yeast, sugar and 2 tsp. oil in large bowl; stir. Let stand 5 min. Process flour and salt in food processor until blended. Use pulsing action to gradually add yeast mixture through feed tube. Process 1 min. or until dough turns into ball and is sticky. Place on work surface lightly sprinkled with flour. Knead dough until smooth and elastic; shape into ball. Place in separate large bowl sprayed with cooking spray; turn dough over. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in warm place 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
- Heat oven to 400ºF. Shape dough into heart shape on parchment-covered baking sheet. Brush with remaining oil. Spread with pizza sauce; sprinkle with cheese. Top with tomato slices and chili flakes.
- Bake 15 to 20 min. or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Top with oregano.

- Preheat your oven to 425ºF. If you have a pizza stone add the pizza stone to the oven while preheating so it can get hot. Don’t have a pizza stone? That is okay I recommend using a sheet pan if that is the case!
- Start by prepping the seasoning, cheese, and pepperoni. To make the Italian seasoning simply mix together the salt, oregano, and basil in a small bowl. Set aside until needed.
- Shred the cheese, if you are having trouble grating it, it pulls apart into small chunks really easily (like string cheese) so it can be used that way. You can also prepare the string cheese, unwrap 7 of the cheeses (with 2 more ready if needed), one of the string cheeses needs to be cut in half to make 2 short pieces.
- Prepare the heart pepperoni. If you happen to have a heart cookie cutter that is the correct size or close to the correct size use that! Otherwise you have 2 other options. First, stack about 6 pepperoni at a time, carefully using a sharp knife to cut a heart shape. Second, fold a pepperoni in half and cut a half heart shape to make a nice heart with a kitchen scissors. Don’t stress if they don’t look absolutely perfect, the oven shrinks the pepperoni hiding some of the imperfections.

- If using classic crust: Heat oven to 425°F. Lightly spray or grease large cookie sheet. If using thin crust: Heat oven to 400 F. Spray or grease 15x10-inch or larger dark or nonstick cookie sheet.
- Unroll dough on work surface. With sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut dough into 4 rectangles. Place rectangles on cookie sheet. Cut 1-inch slit in center of wide edge of each dough portion; on opposite wide edge across from slit, pinch dough together to shape point of heart. Slightly separate each cut slit, and gently press dough into a 6x5-inch heart, creating slight rim on edge of dough.
- Divide pizza sauce evenly onto hearts, spreading to within 1/2 inch of edges. Top each with 6 slices pepperoni and 3 tablespoons cheese.
- Bake classic crust 13 to 16 minutes, thin crust 9 to 13 minutes, or until crust edges are golden brown and cheese is melted.
