This easy dip with Midwestern roots is the perfect thing for last-minute company because it only has 4 ingredients--most of which you likely already have in your refrigerator. Enjoy it slathered on a rich buttery cracker or some crisp fresh vegetables.

12 ounces cream cheese, a room temperature
3/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles (from about 2 large pickles)
4 ounces thick-sliced deli ham, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
Freshly ground black pepper
Crackers, sliced cucumbers and carrot sticks, for serving

Steps:

Combine the cream cheese, chopped pickles, ham and a hefty pinch of black pepper in a medium bowl. Stir until well combined. Serve at room temperature so it is spreadable, along with crackers, sliced cucumbers or carrot sticks.

Steps:

Combine softened cream cheese, chopped beef, and diced pickles; mix well.
Serve with Ritz crackers, chilled or up to room temperature.
Refrigerate leftovers.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
5 (2 1/2 ounce) packages thin sliced deli lunch meat

Steps:

drain pickles and pat dry.
arrange deli lunch meat on dry large cutting board.
spread room temp cream cheese on meat.
put pickle on meat and cheese wrap up and cut in half.
place pickle wraps in refrigerator in air tight container 2 hours before serving.
