Steps:
- Grill the bacon until crisp, then drain on kitchen paper.
- Butter one slice of bread on one side, then cover with the turkey, a little mayonnaise and the lettuce.
- Butter both sides of the next slice of bread, then put on top of the turkey.
- Spread a little mustard over the bread, then arrange the bacon on top, with the sliced avocado.
- Butter the last slice of bread and put on top. Press the sandwich down lightly, then cut in half diagonally.

TURKEY CLUB SANDWICH RECIPE
This turkey club sandwich recipe features premium carved, oven roasted turkey breast on whole wheat bread with lettuce, tomato, crispy bacon, and topped with a creamy, garlic aioli sauce. It's quite possibly the ultimate lunch. Serve it with chips and a pickle for a classic restaurant-inspired meal.

Steps:
- Place all ingredients in a large cup.
- Blend with an immersion blending, working from the bottom up, until ingredients are combined and thick.
- Spread each piece of bread with a layer of aioli.
- Top two slices of toast with Hillshire Farm® Premium Carved Oven Roasted Turkey Breast.
- To the first slice, add tomato and red onion. Top with other piece of toast with aioli and turkey.
- Arrange the lettuce and bacon on the last slice of toast with aioli.
- Carefully flip that piece onto the top of the club sandwich.
- Place a skewer in each quarter of the sandwich and carefully cut in half, length-wise and width-wise before serving.

- Toss the onion with the vinegar and 2 tablespoons water in a small bowl. Let stand 15 minutes, then drain. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon as the label directs until crisp.
- Mash the avocado with the yogurt in another small bowl until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay 4 slices of bread on a cutting board and spread with half of the avocado-yogurt mixture. Top with the lettuce and tomato and season with salt and pepper. Add a layer of turkey breast, bacon, cucumber and red onion. Spread the remaining avocado mixture on the remaining 4 bread slices and place spread-side down on top of the sandwiches. Cut each sandwich in half to serve.
