CARRABBA'S PASTA WEESIE RECIPE

1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon parsley
Garlic powder to taste
8 Jumbo Shrimp
1/4 cup butter
1 lemon (squeezed)
2 cloves minced garlic
Half cup white wine
1/2 cup green onions
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Melt the butter at low flame in the frying pan and then pour heavy cream into the melted butter.
  • After 5-6 minutes, add the minced garlic along with the garlic powder. Cook for a few minutes, turn off the flame, and then add the Parmesan cheese to it.
  • Also, add parsley to the cooked creamy mixture. Then stir well until everything is properly merged.
  • Again melt butter in the pan and then add shrimp to this pan for the purpose of cooking it.
  • Pour them squeezed lemon juice in it and also add wine into it. Flip to cook the shrimp from the other side and add the minced garlic cloves to it. After cooking for some time your shrimp is done cooking.
  • Add green onions while simmering them at low heat.
  • Cook the mushrooms in the melted butter, lemon juice, and vinegar and wait until they are done cooking.
  • Combine all the three prepared dishes in Alfredo sauce with mushrooms and shrimp and toss them well in the sauce.
  • Put in the cooked linguini to give the exact shape of a Pasta.
  • Garnish freshly chopped parsley at the top and Serve.

6 chicken breasts, skinned & boned
6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh basil leaf
salt
fresh ground pepper
3 tablespoons butter
4 medium shallots
2 cups cream
6 ounces fresh mushrooms
1 cup frozen English peas
salt
fresh ground pepper
1 (9 ounce) package fresh fettuccine
2 ounces fresh grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cut breasts in half and place side by side on a platter. Drizzle with the vinegar and oil. Cut basil leaves and sprinkle over the breasts; sprinkle salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • Grill the breasts or bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Set aside.
  • Peel and finely chop shallots. Saute in butter 1 minute. Add cream, salt and pepper to taste. Boil to reduce slightly to the consistency of a light sauce, just thick enough to coat a spoon. Add mushrooms and peas and cook another 2 minutes.
  • Cook pasta, drain and shake out excess water. Thinly slice chicken. Add to pasta and gently toss with sauce, along with cheese. Serve immediately.
