- Coloca la carne en una olla de cocción lenta. Ponle encima la mezcla para sopa de cebollas, la cebolla y la salsa para asar; pon la tapa.
- Cocina la carne a fuego LENTO de 8 a 10 horas ( o a fuego ALTO por 5 horas). Saca la carne de la olla; córtala en pedacitos o desmenúzala con un tenedor. Pon la carne de nuevo en la olla. Revuélvela con la salsa.
- Usa una cuchara para distribuir la carne de forma pareja sobre las mitades inferiores de los panecillos; ponles encima las rebanadas de queso. Utiliza las mitades superiores de los panecillos para completar los sándwiches.
