2 1/4 cups Rice Krispies
4 ounces marshmallows (about 16 regular OR 2 1/3 cup mini)
2 tablespoons salted European butter
1 1/4 cups Rice Krispies
2 3/4 ounces marshmallows (about 9 regular OR 1 1/3 cup mini)
1 tablespoon salted European butter
3/4 cup Rice Krispies
2 ounces marshmallows ((about 8 regular OR 1 1/4 cup mini))
1/2 tablespoon salted European butter

Steps:

First, line your baking pan with non-stick foil. Or, line the pan with foil or parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray. Set aside.

1/4 cup butter
6 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
12 drops yellow food coloring
4 drops red food coloring
6 cups KELLOGG'S® RICE KRISPIES® cereal
2 cups candy corn

Steps:

Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring in food colorings after 45 sec.
Add cereal and candy corn; mix well. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Cool completely before cutting into 12 bars. Cut each bar diagonally in half.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, first make the yellow layer: combine the marshmallows, butter and salt. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds, stirring until melted. If it's not smooth and melty, return it to the microwave for another 15 seconds. Then, whisk in the food coloring followed by the rice cereal. Stir until well-blended.
Using your hands, press the yellow layer around the edges of the pan to make a ring. See photo for reference. You may butter your hands to make it easier. Try to pack it firmly against the edges of the pan.
