- Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until well browned, stirring often. Pour off any fat.
- Stir the soup, broth, water, Worcestershire and pasta in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 15 minutes or until the pasta is tender, stirring often. Stir in the sour cream and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
- Tip: Serve with steamed peas, baby carrots and tomato wedges. - Season the chicken as desired. Melt the butter in a large deep non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook, breaking up with a spoon, 8 minutes or until no longer pink.
- Add the onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Saute 3 minutes or until slightly softened.
- Stir in the soup, water, milk, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce; heat to a boil. Stir in the noodles. Reduce the heat to medium. Boil gently, uncovered, stirring often, 8 minutes.
- Add peas. Cook, stirring often, 3 to 5 minutes or until noodles have reached desired tenderness.

- Heat half the oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef until browned, stirring often. Set beef aside.
- Add remaining oil. Add onion and cook over medium heat until tender. Pour off fat.
