These crackers are so addicting, it 's hard to just eat one!

1 box saltines
1 1/2 c canola oil
2 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 pkg ranch style dressing mix

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients except the crackers in a large ziplock bag.
  • 2. Add all the crackers and rotate bag till well coated.
  • 3. Let stand overnight or at least 2 hours rotating the bag every now and then to make sure all the crackers are well coated.
  • 4. Serve with cheese ball, tuna salad, chicken salad or alone.
  • 5. Enjoy!!!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 box saltine crackers (4 sleeves)
1 1/3 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
1 Tupperware Season-Serve® Container, Big Pickle Jar or 2.5 gallon ziploc bag

Steps:

  • In the Tupperware Season-Serve® Container add all of the ingredients except for the crackers. Close up the container and mix ingredients well by shaking the container. Add all 4 sleeves of Saltine Crackers and close the container. Turn the container over several times to coat crackers with the chile and oil mixture. Let the container rest for a couple of hours, turning the bag every 15 minutes or so. Even better the next day!

My sister-in-law made these for us at a Christmas party, We had all kids of food..but I kept coming back for these. These are great for a football game or any party. Better than chips because you know what is in them

3/4 cup(s) wesson oil
1 box(es) saltine crackers
1 package(s) dry ranch dip or seasoning mix
1/2 teaspoon(s) cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Get a gallon size zip-lock bag and pour all ingredients in except for the crackers. Mix well ( I sometimes add some garlic flakes, onion flakes , and or parsley)
  • Add the box of crackers. ( I use 3 sleeves instead of 4 sleeves of crackers to get a more intense flavor)
  • Close the bag and let it set. When the oil gathers on the bottom, just flip the bag over. when no oil gathers on the bottom, transfer them to a large bowl. Let them set fro 5 more minutes and enjoy.
  • these are awesome with any cheese or cheese ball. Great with chili or any soup for that matter. Oyster crackers can be substituted to make soup crackers that are awesome.

1 tablespoon A.1. Original Sauce
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon creole seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup diced cooked ham
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese by hand with A1 steak sauce, onion power, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, chili powder, and mayonnaise. Mix in cheddar cheese, ham, and green onions. Form the mixture into one or more balls. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
