1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 large egg whites, room temperature
1-1/4 cups chunky peanut butter
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 Butterfinger candy bars (1.9 ounces each), chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg whites. Beat in peanut butter and vanilla. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in candy bars. , Shape into 1-1/2-in. balls and place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.

This is my favorite cookie recipe! If you like peanut butter, you have to try it!!! I found the recipe in a Taste of Home Magazine, which always has wonderful recipes in them!

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 large egg whites
1 1/4 cups chunky peanut butter
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 (2 1/8 ounce) butterfinger candy bars, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars.
  • Add egg whites; beat well.
  • Blend in peanut butter and vanilla.
  • Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
  • Stir in candy bars.
  • Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes, or until cookies just start to turn brown.
  • Do not over bake!
  • Let sit on cookie sheet for a few minutes, before transfering to a wire rack.
  • Cool completely.

3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 large egg
1 cup coarsly chopped butterfinger candy bar (about 3 bars)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
  • Set aside.
  • Beat sugar and butter in mixer bowl until creamy.
  • Beat in egg.
  • Gradually add flour mixture.
  • Hand stir in butterfingers.
  • Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.

1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp
2 egg whites
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/4 cups chunky peanut butter
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
5 (2 1/8 ounce) butterfinger candy bars

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
  • In a food processor, blend sugars, butter, egg whites, and vanilla until light and fluffy, stopping once to scrape down the sides of the work bowl, about 1 minute.
  • Add the peanut butter and process using on/off pulses until combined, about 20 seconds.
  • Add flour, salt and baking soda and blend until just combined using 2 to 3 on/off turns; do not over process.
  • Transfer mixture to a large bowl.
  • Cut candy bars into 1/2 inch pieces and stir into dough.
  • Mound dough by 1 1/2 tablespoons onto prepared sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  • Flatten slightly using fingers.
  • Bake until dry in appearance and centers are slightly soft to touch, about 15 minutes.
  • Cool on cookie sheets 3 minutes before removing (they will fall apart until the candy hardens up a bit).
  • Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.

½ cup butter, softened
¾ cup white sugar
⅔ cup packed brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 ¼ cups crunchy peanut butter
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
5 (2.1 ounce) bars chocolate-covered crispy peanut butter candy

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease baking sheets.
  • Cream the butter and the brown and white sugars together until light and fluffy. Add the egg whites and beat well. Beat in the peanut butter and the vanilla.

1 1/2 cups Butterfinger BB's candies (about five 1.7-ounce packages)

Steps:

  • Using electric mixer, beat butter and both sugars in large bowl until well blended. Add egg and vanilla and beat until fluffy. Beat in flour, salt and baking soda. Stir in Butterfinger BB's (dough will be moist). Chill cookie dough at least 30 minutes and up to 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Using 1 rounded tablespoon dough for each cookie, drop cookie dough in mounds onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 3 inches apart (about 8 cookies per sheet; cookies will spread). 1 package dark chocolate cake mix (regular size)
1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 large eggs, divided use
6 Butterfinger candy bars (1.9 ounces each), divided
1-1/2 cups chunky peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, butter and 1 egg until blended. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Press half of the mixture into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake until top appears dry, 6-8 minutes., Meanwhile, chop 2 candy bars. Stir peanut butter, vanilla and remaining egg into remaining cake mix mixture.
