BURGERS.....MY WAY
My family asked me to get this recipe down in writing for them, so here it is! For the garlic, I just use the kind in the jar for ease. These make a delicate burger so flip carefully.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Pat into 8 to 10 burger patties.
- Grill or fry to desired "doneness". We prefer ours to be medium.
- Serve on toasted buns with desired condiments.

BEST EVER JUICY BURGERS,MY WAY
Best Foods has a recipe on their website to make the "best ever juicy Burger".It calls for mayo,bread crumbs,onion soup mix & ground beef.I didn't want to add bread crumbs,we're not making meatloaf here after all,and I don't use onion soup mix in my cooking as it's too salty. I liked the taste of worchestershire sauce in beef.Yesterday,my husband grilled these burgers,my sons & friends ate them hour later and said they were great! and so juicy.

- Combine all ingredients lightly. Shape into 6 burgers. Season lightly with salt and pepper.Grill or broil until well done.
TURKEY BURGERS MY WAY
I think turkey burgers taste better than regular burgers. :) The egg & breadcrumbs really are the key ingredients here, they will keep the burgers together and from falling apart.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Heat a skillet to Medium High.
- Make burgers with your hands (should make about 4) and place on skillet.
- Cook on each side for about 5 minutes each (total cook time of about 10 minutes) until done.
- I serve mine plain jane on bread with mayo and ketchup on one slice and mustard on the other. YUMMO!

Steps:
- To make the tartar sauce: add all the ingredients to a bowl and stir well to combine.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Prepare grill by preheating it and brushing it lightly with olive oil.
- May season fillet with a little salt and pepper, if desired.
- Grill the fillet for about 2 1/2 minutes per side or until it just flakes easily with a fork.
- While the fillet is grilling, top it with the cheedar cheese slice, bell pepper, and onion.
- The cheese should be melted by the time the fish is done (if not, cover grill and cook a minute longer).
- Place the grilled halibut on the bottom half of the bun; top it with salsa, lettuce, and tomato.
- Spread the top half of the bun with tartar sauce and place atop the burger.
