- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Drain pasta; add to meat mixture. , Stir in the tomatoes, relish, mustard, ketchup, steak seasoning and seasoned salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. , Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand until cheese is melted. Garnish with green onions if desired.

- In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble beef and sprinkle 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese over mixture; mix well. Shape into two patties., In a large skillet, cook patties for 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Combine the tomato sauce and Italian seasoning; pour over patties. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve patties and sauce over spaghetti if desired.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta. In a food processor, pulse 2 buns into coarse crumbs. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the crumbs and toast 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl. Wipe out the skillet.
- Tear up the remaining bun; soak in a large bowl with the milk, 5 minutes. Drain, squeezing the excess milk from the bread. Combine the soaked bread, half of the toasted crumbs, the ground beef, onion, chopped pickles, 2 tablespoons ketchup, the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste in the bowl and mix by hand.
- Divide the meat mixture into 24 pieces. Press a cheese cube into the center of each and shape into meatballs around the cheese.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in the same skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet; bake until just cooked through, about 5 minutes. Reserve the skillet.
- Cook the pasta as the label directs. Meanwhile, add the garlic to the reserved skillet; cook over medium heat until golden, about 30 seconds. Add the tomato paste and the remaining 2 tablespoons ketchup; cook 1 minute, then stir in 1 cup pasta cooking water until smooth. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Drain the pasta, add to the skillet and toss to coat. Divide the pasta among bowls and top with the remaining toasted breadcrumbs, the meatballs, grated cheddar, lettuce and tomato. Serve with pickle slices on the side.

TURKEY SPAGHETTI
Steps:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the olive oil, garlic and onion. Cook until translucent, about 2 minutes. Add the turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste, stirring to combine. Add the sugar, dried basil, oregano, parsley, cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper and stir to combine. Add the bay leaves and 1/2 cup water. Stir well and simmer to infuse the flavors, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile cook the spaghetti in the boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain well.
- Transfer the spaghetti to a platter and ladle the sauce on top. Top with the grated Parmesan and fresh basil leaves.

- Cook spaghetti to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain.
- Meanwhile, heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9 1/2 inch deep-dish pie pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Beat egg in large bown. Add butter, parmesan cheese and chili powder; mix well. Add cooked spaghetti; toss to coat. Spoon mixture evenly into sprayed pie pan, pushing mixture slightly up sides of pan to form crust.
- In large saucepan, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. drain. Add chili beans and tomatoes; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring ocasionally. Add hot pepper monterey jack cheese and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese; mix well. Spoon evenly into spaghetti-lined pie pan. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is set and crust is light golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges to serve.
