CROCK POT BROCCOLI CHEESE CHICKEN
Chicken breasts in a golden cheese and broccoli sauce. Serve this over noodles or rice, accompany with a veggie and warm bread to complete the meal. This recipe is courtesy of the Fix it and Forget it crock pot cookbook.

Steps:
- Place the chicken in the crock pot.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken.
- Cook on High for 1 hour; reduce to Low and cook for another 5-6 hours.
- Serve over noodles or rice.

BROCCOLI & CHEESE RICE (CROCK POT)
I found this in some cookbook, but I've omitted quite a few things to suit my likes. Omitted is some Ham, Water Chestnuts, Celery, Paprika, and Pepper. Amount of servings really depends on if you eat this as a meal or side dish.

- Throw everything in the crock pot, stir to coat everything. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or until broccoli & rice is done to your liking.

- Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot on the stove. Once the chicken broth is boiling add in the broccoli and let it cook for 3 minutes. Then pour the broth and broccoli into the slow cooker.
- Stir in the rice, chicken/ham, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, evaporated milk, garlic salt, pepper and half of the grated cheese.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours (Depending on your slow cooker you may cook anywhere from 90 minutes to 3 hours on high. Mine took 1 hour and 50 minutes.)
