- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté 3 to 4 minutes to soften.

- Prepare an ice bath in a large bowl. Fill a large pot about halfway with water and bring to a boil. Lower to a gentle simmer and add the broccoli florets and green beans. Let simmer for 2 - 3 minutes, until bright green. Using a slotted spoon, immediately remove the greens and place in the prepared ice bath for 2 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-low heat until shimmering. Add the garlic and cook until just beginning to golden (do not let brown). Using a slotted spoon, transfer the greens from the ice bath to the skillet. Add the zest and sauté for 2 minutes. Off the heat and sprinkle with cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Season the chicken with the seasoning cube, pinch of thyme, salt and pepper.
- In a saucepan or wok, heat oil over high-heat. Add minced ginger and saute for a few seconds. Add chicken on a single layer and cook both sides until it cooks through. It takes about 4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
- Add the pepper flake to the chicken and stir.
- Add the blanched green beans and broccoli and continue to stir.
- Add the hoisin mixture and stir. Let everything heat through or the sauce boil.
- Turn off the heat.

- Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package until al dante. I like to add a little olive oil to the cooking water. Before you drain pasta, reserve 1 cup of the pasta cooking water for later.
- In a large pot, heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering but not smoking. Add chopped onions and cook for 2 minutes, stirring regularly, until translucent. Add garlic, oregano, Aleppo pepper, and crushed pepper flakes. Stir till fragrant.
- Now add thawed broccoli florets. Cook 4 minutes, tossing regularly. Add cannellini beans. And season with salt and pepper. Cook another 3 minutes or so, tossing regularly.
- Add the cooked pasta and about 1/3 cup of the reserved cooking water into the pot. Add fresh parsley, za'atar spice, and Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine. If you need to, add a little bit more of the pasta cooking water to help combine everything. Taste and adjust seasoning. Cook until everything is very well warmed through.
- Transfer to serving bowls. Sprinkle toasted pine nuts, more za'atar spice, and more crushed red pepper flakes on top. Enjoy!

- Preheat the oven to 200°C | 400°F. Spray a baking sheet or tray with non stick cooking oil spray.
- Arrange the broccoli and green beans on the baking sheet.
- Top with 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, and drizzle with the olive oil and lemon juice. Add the minced garlic and salt and pepper to suit your tastes; mix together well until all of the vegetables are evenly and completely covered in dressing.
- Spread the veggies out in a single layer, transfer to oven and roast for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, carefully remove the sheet from the oven and add the tomatoes to the pan. Give the veggies a mix through (flipping any that are crisping or browning), and return to the oven, rotating the pan if necessary to cook evenly. Continue to roast for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the broccoli is cooked through (the florets will have a nice crisp edge).
- Top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese and serve immediately!

- Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add the 250g broccoli florets. Cook until just starting to soften - about five minutes.
- Drain and allow to cool slightly. If you wish you can put them in a bowl filled with ice cubes now which will help to keep them vibrantly green.
- Rinse out your saucepan and refill with clean water. Bring to the boil then cook 500g prepared new potatoes for 10 minutes. Add 220g prepared green beans and cook for a further 3-5 mins until soft. Keep an eye on the potatoes and test with a sharp knife as they'll cook quicker if you've cut them smaller. Drain and set aside.
- While the potatoes are cooking bring a separate pan of water to the boil and cook your pasta according to the packet instructions.
- While the pasta and potatoes are cooking put the cooked broccoli into your food processor along with 1 chopped clove of garlic, 50g torn basil leaves, the juice of a lemon, 50g cashew nuts, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast and a pinch of salt.
- Blend everything together.
- Stir the pesto through the pasta and add the cooked green beans and new potatoes. Gently warm through and serve immediately.
