SOUR PUSS

Steps:

• Put the whisky and lemon juice in a beer mug and add the beer SLOWLY. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

CLASSIC WHISKEY SOUR

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker with ice, add the egg white and shake briefly to aerate the whites. Then add the whiskey, lemon juice and Simple Syrup with ice and shake well. Strain into 4 rocks glasses over 1 large ice cube in each glass, garnish with a cherry and serve immediately.
• Combine the sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and let cool completely. Keep covered in the refrigerator up to 1 month.

BREWSKY SOUR

Steps:

• Into a cocktail shaker with ice, add the egg white and shake. Add the whiskey, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake until chilled. Drop large ice cubes and a Luxardo cherry into each of two chilled tall glasses. Strain the cocktail into the glasses. Top each cocktail with 3 ounces of the beer and serve.

ALL-AMERICAN WHISKEY SOUR

Steps:

• Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for five seconds. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange and cherry "flag".
• Stir ingredients together until sugar is fully dissolved.
