PEPPERONI PIZZA ROLL-UPS WITH WHIPPED GARLIC BUTTER DIPPING SAUCE

Steps:

• Prepare Farm Rich® Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups according to package directions and keep warm. In a small saucepan over medium heat, saute garlic and 4 tablespoons butter for 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and allow to cool for a minute. In a medium sized mixing bowl, slowly whisk in the sauteed garlic and butter with the softened butter until it becomes a creamy consistency. Stir in the parsley and salt and serve alongside warm Farm Rich® Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups for dipping.

PIZZA CHICKEN ROLL-UPS

Steps:

• Flatten chicken to 1/4-in. thickness. Place three slices of pepperoni and one slice of cheese on each. Roll up tightly; secure with toothpicks. Place in a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Spoon pizza sauce over top. , Cover and bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Uncover; top with the remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. If desired, broil a minute or two to brown cheese slightly.
