• First pour grenadine in bottom of martini or margarita glass.
• Layer lemonade over the grenadine, pouring slowly or using spoon so that the liquids do not mix.
• In mixing tin, add ice, blue caracao and vodka. Give it a few shakes, and slowly layer over lemonade.

Place 1 in. apart on parchment-lined baking sheets. To create ridges, lightly press cookies with a fork. Bake until set, 10-12 minutes. Cool on pans 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
