Escape to a tropical island with this beautifully colored, perfectly sweet, Blue Hawaiian Cocktail served on the rocks.

Ingredients

1 ounce light rum
1 ounce Torani Blue Curacao Syrup
2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce coconut milk (or cream of coconut)
1/2 ounce Torani Cane Sugar (simple syrup) (optional)
pineapple slice (to garnish)
maraschino cherry (to garnish)

Steps:

In a drink shaker, add your liquid ingredients and a few cubes to shake thoroughly.
Pour cocktail over ice.
Garnish glass with a straw, fresh pineapple, and a cherry or two.
Enjoy! One sip of this gorgeous colored drink (think Hawaiian beaches) and you will be carried away to a Torani Vacation.

1 fluid ounce light rum
1 fluid ounce blue Curacao liqueur
2 fluid ounces pineapple juice
1 fluid ounce cream of coconut
1 cup crushed ice
1 pineapple slice
1 maraschino cherry

Steps:

Combine rum, blue Curacao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 1 cup crushed ice in blender. Puree on high speed until smooth. Pour into chilled highball glass.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.

3/4 ounce cream of coconut

Pineapple wedge, garnish

Steps:

Gather the ingredients.
In a mixing glass filled with ice cubes, pour the rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut. Stir well for at least 30 seconds.
Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
Garnish with a cherry and pineapple wedge. Serve and enjoy.
