Steps:
- Cut the celery in large dice, including the leaves, and puree in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Process until finely minced. In a large pitcher, combine the rest of the ingredients except the vodka. With the food processor running, pour 1/4 of the tomato juice mixture into the food processor through the feed tube. Then pour the contents of the food processor into the pitcher with the remaining tomato juice mixture. Add the vodka and chill. Serve in tall glasses over ice with a stick of celery.

Steps:
- Put the minced shallot in a small strainer and rinse under cold water. (This will remove some of the raw onion flavor and help the shallot retain its crunch.) Pat dry, then transfer to a small bowl and add the celery, radish, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine the vodka, tomato juice, the juice of one lemon half, the bitters, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce in a small pitcher and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add some crushed ice to 2 chilled glasses. Don't overload the Bloody Marys with ice so the flavors remain intense, not diluted. Add a hearty spoonful of the shallot mixture, then pour in the tomato juice mixture, filling the glasses almost to the top. Add another spoonful of the shallot mixture. Top each drink with a splash of vodka, like a "floater," and a squeeze of the remaining lemon half. Serve immediately.

Steps:
- In a large pitcher, stir together the tomato juice, clam juice, and lime zest. In a small glass measuring cup, whisk together the lime juice and wasabi powder and add to the pitcher. Stir in the Tabasco, Worcestershire, vodka, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
- Spread the Old Bay Seasoning on a small plate. Moisten the rims of six highball glasses by running a lime wedge around the edge of each glass and dip the rims in the Old Bay Seasoning. Set aside to dry.
- Fill the glasses half full with ice and pour in the Bloody Mary mixture. For each drink, add 2 or 3 olives threaded on a 6-inch skewer, then place one shrimp and one slice of lime on the rim of each glass. Serve cold.

Steps:
- Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Add oil and onions and saute 5 minutes. Add vodka and boil to reduce by half. Add Worcestershire, hot sauce, tomato sauce and horseradish. Stir to combine the dipping sauce and return the sauce to a simmer. Add salt and pepper and adjust seasonings.
- Heat nonstick skillet over high heat. Coat meat bites lightly in oil. Season with steak seasoning blend or salt and pepper, to taste. Cook the meat until caramelized all over, about 2 minutes on each side. Transfer dipping sauce to a small dish and place at the center of a serving platter. Surround the dip with meat bites and set several bamboo "stakes" or skewers alongside meat.
