GLAZED KIELBASA BITES
Glazed Kielbasa Bites with pineapple are a simple appetizer or tailgating snack! The glaze makes these a little bit sweet and salty.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425f degrees. Slice kielbasa into 1-inch pieces.
- Place kielbasa and pineapple chunks into a 9x9 square baking dish. In a bowl whisk together, reserved pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, cocktail sauce and honey.
- Pour mixture over kielbasa and pineapple chunks.
- Stir well.
- Bake (uncovered) for about 20 minutes - stirring once during baking.
- Once finished cooking, carefully take toothpicks and skewer a piece of pineapple and a piece of kielbasa. Continue until all are finished.
- Then serve!

- Combine all ingredients, except kielbasa, in a medium saucepan, and stir well. Cook over low heat 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add kielbasa, and cook until sausage is thoroughly heated. Serve warm.

KIELBASA BITES WITH 'SECRET SAUCE'

Steps:
- Slice kielbasa into thin rounds. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and when hot, but not smoking, add the sliced kielbasa to the skillet. Try to spread them out into a single layer if you can, and brown them on each side until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium low. Add tomato paste and stir to toss and coat the sausage. Now add the mustard, coconut aminos, and apple cider vinegar-- toss to coat and saute for about 2 more minutes. Or until the sauce is nice and thick and coated all over the kielbasa. Remove from heat and onto a plate. Stick some toothpicks in it and serve! Enjoy!

This is a very easy and absolutely delicious recipe. There are never any leftovers! It would even make a good dinner served with some veg and rice. I usually eyeball the ingredients, since it's hard to go wrong.

- Cut kielbasa into bite size pieces and put in a large saute pan. Cook on high, adding the remaining ingregients except for the cornstarch. Mix well making sure there are no lumps of ingredients.
- Bring to a boil for about 10 minutes and then add the cornstarch (dissolved in water). Bring back to a boil for a few minutes more until sauce thickens. Serve or refridgerate and reheat in a sauce pan or microwave (warning: sauce will thin out a little over night).

- cut polska kielbasa into 1/2 inches to 1 inches slices. set aside.
- combine rest of ingredients in large pan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- turn down to a simmer, add kielbasa.

- 1. preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice kielbasa into thin rounds.
- 2. Place in a frying pan, and brown well, but do not let them burn.
- 3. Pat the kielbasa dry with paper towels, then place in a casserole dish.
- 4. Mix in the jar of preserves, and bake in oven for 20 minutes. Place kielbasa in a serving dish with toothpicks, and enjoy!!!!!
