1 cup cold brew coffee

Steps:

  • Combine milk, banana, and simple syrup in a blender; blend until very smooth, about 1 minute.
  • Fill two 16-ounce glasses with ice cubes. Divide coffee between the glasses. Pour banana milk on top, dividing it evenly between the glasses.

1/3 cup coffee yogurt
1 small banana, frozen, peeled and cut into chunks
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 45-60 seconds or until blended. Pour into a chilled glass. Serve immediately.

  • Add the banana, cinnamon and vanilla.
  • Simmer 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Place coffee, cream, and sugar in a blender.
  • Add banana mixture and blend till smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
