3 tablespoons (1 jigger) citrus vodka
1 tablespoon triple sec
1 tablespoon black-currant purÃ©e
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons Simple Syrup for Cocktails
Lemon twist, for garnish

Steps:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add all ingredients but lemon twist. Shake well. Pour through a fine sieve into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

5 ounces cranberry juice cocktail
2 ounces black vodka
1/2 ounce orange-flavored liqueur
1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice

Steps:

Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add cranberry juice, vodka, orange liquer, and lime juice to shaker and shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds. Strain into chilled martini glass.

Number Of Ingredients 3

Ingredients

juice ½ lemon
500g blackcurrants
100g golden caster sugar

Steps:

Put 2 tbsp water and the lemon juice in a large saucepan, bring to the boil, then add the blackcurrants and simmer until broken down.
Tip in the golden caster sugar and bring to 105C on a temperature probe. Pour into sterilised jars and leave to cool. Will keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
