BING CHERRY CONGEALED SALAD

Steps:

• In a sauce pan, combine reserved cherry juice and pineapple juice to equal 1 cup. Bring to boil, add gelatin and whisk together. Remove from heat and add cream cheese and blend together until smooth.
• Add cola and beat until mixture becomes fluffy. Fold in cherries, pineapple, and nuts. Pour into molded container, chill 6 to 8 hours or until firm.

• Mix well and refrigerate several hours.

CHERRY CONGEALED SALAD

Steps:

• 1. Dissolve jello in boiling water [you can use some of the cherry juice from the can to the water to make 1 cup]....add the ice cold coke [or Dr. Pepper]...add cherries, drained crushed pineapple, pecans small pieces and pieces of cream cheese...I just pinch the cream cheese into small pieces while cold and add in. Stir and put in whatever you'd like ...chill until set....then eat-up and enjoy!
• 2. I have made this and put into a metal loaf pan to congeale, then sliced it...like meatloaf...I've also put into large muffin tins then when serving put on pretty lettuce on a bread & butter plate. Also a bowl and when inverted looks pretty tooo.

BING CHERRY SALAD

Steps:

• Drain cherries, reserving 1/4 cup juice. In a bowl, whip juice with cream cheese. Stir in cherries, pineapple, whipped topping and marshmallows. Chill until serving.

BING CHERRY AND CREAM CHEESE CONGEALED SALAD

Steps:

• Bring cherry juice to boiling point and add to gelatin powder in mixing bowl.
• Stir until dissolved and add Coke and lemon juice.
• Chill until partially set.
• Cut cheese into small dice or roll into small balls, and fold along with toasted nuts and cherries into chilled gelatin.
• Pour into mold or serving dish and chill until firm.
• NOTE: Cooking time refers to chilling time.

CONGEALED CHERRY SALAD

Steps:

• 1. Dissolve cherry Jell-o in 1 cup hot water.
• 2. Mix in cherry pie filling.
• 3. Add 1 cup cold water and cottage cheese. Mix gently until well blended.
• 4. Pour into a 9x13 inch dish.
• 5. Sprinkle with the pecans. Chill until set.
• 6. Cut into squares to serve. Top with whipped cream if desired.
