PEANUT BUTTER-GANACHE BARS
Three layers of flavor are packed into these rich bars, which have a crust made from a box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ devils food cake mix, a creamy peanut butter filling and a decadent ganache topping.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, mix crust ingredients; press in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Bake 12 minutes. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- In large bowl, mix all filling ingredients except peanuts until smooth and well blended. Stir in peanuts. Spread and pat filling evenly over cooled crust.
- In medium microwavable bowl, microwave ganache ingredients on High 1 minute. Stir with whisk; microwave about 30 seconds longer. Stir again until mixture is smooth. Spread ganache over filling. Let stand at room temperature until set and completely cooled, 2 to 3 hours. Cut into 4 rows by 3 rows.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 15x10x1-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray.
- In large bowl, beat all bar ingredients except raisins with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl frequently. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in raisins. Pour into pan.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 2 hours.
- In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar on low speed until smooth. Spread over bars. For bars, cut into 8 rows by 6 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.

- Preheat oven 350 degrees fahrenheith.
- Mix the 1 cup Bisquick and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, cut in the margarine.
- Press in an ungreased 8-inch square pan, and bake for 10 minutes until light brown.
- Mix together the 3/4 cup sugar, coconut, 1 tablespoon bisquick, eggs, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, lemon rind.
- Pour mixture over slightly cooled baked bisquick layer.
- Return to oven and bake another 25 minutes until set.
- Loosen edges from pan while warm. Cool completely.
- In a small mixing bowl, beat together 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice until smooth.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a square 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
- 2. Mix butter, sugar, and egg well. Stir in remaining ingredients by hand. Spread dough in prepared pan. The dough will be very thick. I oiled my fingers and pressed it evenly into the baking pan.
- 3. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars, 2 x 1 1/2 inches. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
