Cool off with a decadent frozen cheesecake pop, flavored with peanut butter and flecked with Chex Mix™ Muddy Buddies.

Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups Chex Mix™ Muddy Buddies™ snack mix
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

In food processor or blender, add cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Cover and pulse until completely smooth and creamy. Add 1/2 cup of the snack; pulse until crumbled just a bit.
Divide mixture among 6 to 8 frozen ice-pop molds, leaving about 1/4 inch at top of each mold. Use spoon to stuff mixture in molds, then tap against counter to remove air pockets.
Finely crush remaining 1 cup snack; in small bowl, mix with melted butter. Divide mixture among molds; spread over top of remaining exposed area, pressing down gently. Add covers with sticks.
Freeze 4 hours. To remove, run molds under hot water about 10 seconds, then pull pops out. Store in airtight container in freezer.

9 cups Corn Chex™ cereal or Rice Chex™ cereal (or combination)
1 1/2 cups white vanilla baking chips (from 12-oz bag)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons blue edible glitter
1/4 cup blue candy sprinkles
1/2 cup blue and white candy-coated chocolate candies

Steps:

In large bowl, measure cereal; set aside.
In medium microwavable bowl, microwave white vanilla baking chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
Add powdered sugar, edible glitter and sprinkles. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Stir in chocolate candies. Store in airtight container.

Ingredients

5 cups Chex cereal (I used Rice Chex, but Corn Chex would work great!)
10 ounces (5 squares) vanilla flavored Almond Bark
1 1/2 cups Funfetti cake mix
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vegetable shortening

Steps:

Melt Almond Bark according to package directions, adding vegetable shortening to thin it out.
Pour the cereal into a large bowl and drizzle the melted Almond Bark over the cereal.
Mix gently with a large spoon or spatula. Dump the cake mix and powdered sugar onto the cereal and mix gently with large spoon until all the cereal is evenly coated.
