My Sister's Birthday and I wanted to make a special breakfast for her so I created this morning casserole. It turned out really good.. Hope everyone enjoys this..

Number Of Ingredients 8

Ingredients

1 package(s) farmland pork&bacon sausage
1 package(s) best choice hash brown patty's use only 3 of them
6 large eggs
1 cup(s) milk or maybe a little more
3 slice(s) bread tore up into pieces
1/2 medium onion diced
1/2 medium green bell pepper diced
1 cup(s) grated cheese

Steps:

cook the hash brown patties and then crumble them up.
brown the sausage,bacon adding onion and green pepper then drain, add to hashbrowns .
scramble the eggs and milk stirring all the ingredients together pour into a sprayed baking dish. Bake for like 30-40 minutes. adding grated cheese. any cheese is fine. serve with toast.
