BIONIC FRUIT SALAD
Multi fruit salad perfect for breakfast or lunch. It can also be presented in seperate bowls for parties... sorta like a build-a-salad or even a fruit dip. Nestle' has a brand called La Lechera - their sweetened condensed milk comes in different flavors and there is a low fat option as well. There no limits to what fruits you can use... I hate papaya so i substituted for grapes instead. iIf you can not find granola - use oat & honey breakfast bars...crush them in a baggie

MEXICAN FRUIT SALAD
The ancho chili powder really makes this version special. If you like, you may add 1/4 cup Tequila to the liquid ingredients (I like!).

- In another bowl, mix all the sweet cream ingredients with a whisk. The consistency should be thinner than yogurt but thicker than milk. If you use plain yogurt, you may want to add a little more honey for sweetness. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To serve, scoop fruit into a bowl, top with coconut if desired and then pour the sweet cream over the top.

- You could either mix up the fruits with the crema or layer as I did. I added some crema and then fruits and then some crema and more fruits and topped with granola and coconut for my Bionico.
