As I do not own a bread machine, I adapted this recipe to make in my KitchenAid stand mixer using the dough hook. I kept the igredients basically the same, with the exception of adding 1 1/2 Tbs. honey. I baked it in a 9" x 5" loaf pan.

Steps:

All ingredients should be at room temperature. Should you prefer this even sweeter, increase sugar to: ½ Cup. Bake in bread machine.

Place all ingredients in machine in order according to your machine's instructions.
Press the sweet bread indicator, if applicable or regular setting.

I found this recipe when preparing for ZWT 5. I am not sure if the asorbic acid is a must but the recipe does sound tasty and easy.

1/4 teaspoon ascorbic acid
3 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons quick-rising yeast

Steps:

Place all ingredients in machine in the order your machine requires.
Choose the program for white or sweet bread.
Press start.
