1 1/2 c. Honey Maid® Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 package Philadelphia® Cream Cheese
2 tbsp. cold milk
1 tub Cool Whip® Whipped Topping
4 c. strawberries
3 1/2 c. cold milk
2 package Jell-O® Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
Additional sliced fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter in 13- x 9-inch pan; press onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese and 2 tablespoons milk in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping. Spread onto crust; top with strawberries. Pour 3 1/2 cups milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat 2 minutes. Pour over strawberries.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Spread with remaining whipped topping just before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
  • For an extra special touch, garnish with additional sliced fresh strawberries just before serving.Variation: Prepare as directed, using Philadelphia® Neufchâtel Cheese; fat-free milk, and Cool Whip® Lite Whipped Topping.Each serving of regular recipe provides: 8%DV vitamin A, 35%DV vitamin C, 8%DV calcium, and 2%DV iron. Exchange: 1/2 Starch, 1 1/2 Carbohydrate, 2 Fat.

1/2 cup sugar, divided
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
8 ounces whipped topping, divided
4 cups strawberries, halved
3 1/2 cups cold milk
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling mix (4-serving size)

Steps:

  • Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup of the sugar and butter in 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Press firmly into bottom of pan.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Beat cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
  • Stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
  • Spread over crust.
  • Top with strawberry halves.
  • Pour 3 1/2 cups milk into large bowl.
  • Add pudding mixes.
  • Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
  • Pour over strawberries.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
  • Just before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over pudding.
  • Garnish with additional strawberries and fresh mint.

2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
3-1/2 cups cold milk

Steps:

  • Mix wafer crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Beat cream cheese and 2 Tbsp. milk in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in half the COOL WHIP; spread over crust. Top with berries. Beat pudding mixes and 3-1/2 cups milk with whisk 2 min.; pour over berries.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours. Spread with remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.

2 1/2 c crushed graham crackers
1/2 c sugar
1 stick butter melted
8oz. pkg cream cheese, room temperature
2 c powdered sugar
12oz cool whip
1 qt frozen strawberries/thawed and drained or fresh
3 c milk plus 2 to 3 tablespoons
2small pkg vanilla instant pudding

Steps:

  • 1. preheat oven 350'
  • 2. In medium bowl combine crushed graham crackers and sugar add melted butter, mix well. Place mixture in 9x13 cake pan pressing to sides and bottom firmly .Bake 15 minutes cool on wire rack.
  • 3. While crust is cooling cream together the cream cheese ,powdered sugar and 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk then fold in 1/2 the tub of cool whip, spoon onto crust evenly chill 1 hour
  • 4. In the mean time cut in half the strawberries (you can use fresh or frozen) carefully lay fruit on chilled layer of cheese. Prepare pudding as directed using only 3 cups of milk and pour over fruit.Again chill till pudding is set, top with remaining cool whip and garnish with extra strawberries
