LEBANESE SPINACH STEW
Try this authentic Lebanese style Spinach stew made with simple ingredients; it's wholesome, well-balanced and perfect to feed a large family

Steps:
- In a heavy bottomed saute pan over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and toast the pine nuts until golden, remove and set aside.
- In the same pan over medium high heat, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and add the ground beef, season with 7 Spice, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Cook until the meat is browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside, keep any oil and juices in the pan.
- In the same pan, add the cilantro, garlic and crushed red pepper, cook for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add the frozen spinach, remaining salt and cook with the cilantro mixture until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth or water and bring mixture to a boil. Return the cooked ground beef and pine nuts to the pan. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes until stew thickens.
- Stir in the lemon juice and serve over traditional Arabic rice pilaf.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
- Stir in the spinach, cream cheese, condensed soup, sour cream, milk, salt and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Stir over low heat, just until combined.
- Transfer to the prepared baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil; sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and the French-fried onions. Bake for 10 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is hot and bubbly.

- In a small bowl, mix the first six ingredients. Remove 1/4 cup mixture to a large bowl; add beef and toss to coat. Marinate at room temperature 10 minutes., Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat 1-1/2 teaspoons canola oil. Add half of the beef mixture; stir-fry 1-2 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from pan. - In a 10-in. cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the spinach, mushrooms, garlic salt and basil. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. , In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and salt until smooth. Gradually add milk. - In a Dutch oven, saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic; saute 1 minute longer. Stir in vinegar and wine. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is almost evaporated., Add the tomato sauce, water, peppers, bay leaves, brown sugar, bouillon and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice.
